I can't believe EA literally killed this beloved Alice story. Even if this song wasn't in the game, every time I listen to it again, a wound opens in my heart.
ea never cared for Alice. They only care about their shitty sport simulators, which they milk till the end.
EA is too ignorant to read the room. This is EXACTLY the time for dark fairy tale video games. People love nostalgia and they love when a classic is taken and twisted. If they allowed McGee to get a couple TV teaser spots, the hype would spread like wild fire

"I've seen worse at Rutledge's" would be a good insult to throw at enemies in combat, if Alice started bantering more often.
It's actually a reference to something the Cheshire Cat "helpfully" commented to Alice about her twisted Wonderland: "Tell yourself, 'I've seen worse at Rutledge's.' ...Prevarication, in this instance, may help."

Okay, that makes sense. I've only seen a playthrough of the first game once so I don't remember it well. Makes more sense than Alice actually seeing worse in Rutledge though, since she was catatonic the whole time.

What I've always enjoyed about this series was the music and how they incorporated fear and sadness into many scores of music. It perfectly fit in every situation Alice went through. The sheer terror in the first game, the infamous main menu music from Alice madness returns. THE CARDS IN THE SKY SONG. MAN! This game is fantastic. And as I hear this little song I can feel fear, sadness, and hope. All in one amazing production. I applaud American Megee and just everything he does. Thank you for making one of my favorite games that I grew up enjoying.

I am so hyped for this game!!! I use to say, 'man it'd be great if they brought it back or made a new one' I played Madness Returns with my step sister years back (i think I've played it 4 times now), and we just recently replayed it once more and then I discovered news about this just a week ago!! I'm so excited! I was shocked to see this surface and wish it had sooner honestly!!!

I can’t stop listening to this ❤️ It just needs to be in the game! I’ve fallen in love with it… It’s so nice to hear the AMR theme in it because it was so beautiful, it’s great to have it included in this new piece. And the vocals add something special to it as well ❤️

Ive heard many soundtrack pieces but those of this game are one of the most memorable ones and the use of the main theme in thhis gave me solid chills. Wonderful work!

I like that that was pretty cool it was kind of the mixture to the original Alice in wonderland and McGee's Alice
This was a beautiful story told... And I still mourn it. My only solace is the design bible and script being created so some will know of it at least. 😢

This has inspired me and had helped me develop some of my characters while was listening to it at work.
I'm a little disappointed to find out this is a fan song.
There's nothing wrong with that, I just thought this was the actual title theme.
It sounds so real, I can see alice fighting the demons and denial that her family is dead, but the music box bits and the singing show she's hurting inside and still unable move past the truth.
To me even after alice asylum comes out, I think this will still be the title theme deep down.

It's cute, creepy, in and out of place all at once for some reason.
I mean maybe the stuffed rabbit is over done? Or I don't know, I mean the snail is cute in a creepy way and fits...(not sure how, but I like it).
