@@arashinoguardianyeah9083 tbf, it would’ve been very difficult predict that Chillin had both focus energy and would coil twice. Switching to Keldeo after the first coil would mean preserving a damaged bird AND potentially getting two shot with a switch (since there’s no way Keldeo is out speeding). There’s 0 win condition for GG here realistically
@@arcanemaster8722 Keldeo was 100% outspeeding prior to the first dragon dart, which Quick didn't know Chill had.

Video idea: You both catch 1 random encounter. Then you spin a wheel with the following categories - EVOLVE, CATCH OR STEAL. You keep spinning until you have a team of 6.
Evolve - evolve a Pokémon of your choice with a rare candy
Steal - Swap a Pokémon with your opponent, you get to pick
Catch - could be split into overworld or random encounters
Ooh this would be a long and fun one, I'd totally want to see this!

The amount of times Chillin has gone from “I can’t find anything I’m getting out of here” to “oh my gosh there’s the exact thing I was looking for!” is uncanny at this point.
Chillin also fast forwards the video more and finds what he wants. Happens every video. It must be some kind of inside joke between them both.

Trying to lower accuracy 3 times instead of getting off 3 glacial lances or 3 acrobatics on a coiled regi is just unthinkable to me.
Finally Quick doesn't have to question if "insert pokemon" is from gen 6-8 and it ends up being from gen 5
That regigigas is so broken, it needs therapy.
To answer your question about why Conkeldurr exists, I believe that its because gen 5 was viewed as a 'soft reset' for the game and so they made it so you could only see the new gen mons in its first iteration then adds in the old mons after, and as such the mons kinda fit similar archetypes
I mean the only ability that both Conk and Champ have in common is guts (I believe). So they definitely aren’t completely the same. They both have different uses and they get some attacks that the other doesn’t. I never made the connection between the 2 honestly. It’s not like they are Pikachu clones for example.
Quickgg, flying type Pokémon and Pokémon with Levitate are unaffected by terrain unless grounded by moves like Roost, Gravity, Smack Down, and Thousand Arrows

Have you guys ever done a starters only challenge? Or a type wheel where you guys spin a type and catch a mon, once that type is off the board the next person spins but the previous type is off the wheel…just brainstorming, can’t remember challenges lol

I don't have any I care about too much from gen 5, though I do love the gen and mon overall. I definitely prefer Unova's starters over the Sinnoh ones anyways.

Imagine hearing GG when he saw Chillins hard counter Dark team a few videos ago or his first reaction to Chillins Reggie Gigas that he didn’t want him to get.
Like they did in the past, with pokemon showdown?! Hell yeah !!!
Challenge ideas:
1. You can only catch a single type of all the types in the game.
If the pokemon is dual type you lose both types.
2. One pokemon from every Gen
3. One random pokemon from each route
4. The wheel spin with all the different Generations but only fighting babies.
Combining your #1 and #2 would be cool. Each catch takes away a type (or two) and a gen. You obviously wouldn't get through all the types that way, being limited to 9 for the gens, but it adds another layer of limitation with no dup types.
Actually you could cause we have 18 types so if every mon was double type you would have all 18 types to chose from@@davidblessent8520

Biggest throw ever with Mandibuzz. Aerobatics is always the right play. STAB + no held item will always be better than maybe lowering acc. GG threw here.
Fight idea you get 9 catches. You fly somewhere random on the map 9 separate location and ride around blind till you run into a Pokémon and then catch it. After fly to new location and repeat
I love you mentioning Buzz with healing, without realising that flying types aren't affected by Ground Terrain

You guys should do a versus where you each get twenty minutes to catch anything you want but only get one master ball. Catch as much as you can and then decide which ones to keep at the end.

Imagine that your favorite fictional character and the Pokémon world collided. What would this character’s team look like?
Create a team and find out who’s team would make it on.
DON’T TELL EACH OTHER THE CHARACTER. Only the show/movie/anime/series,etc; and try to outsmart the other.

If you do run it, try it with a twist. You can use the same team members, but you can catch 3 regular mons with 1 legendary mon to mix the roster up.

I have an idea for a challenge. You pick a type spin a wheel for a type and pick for your opponent. So you pick two spin two and tell two. 3 skips just in case on GARBAGE. But yeah. ❤

QuickGG deserved that gen 5 pick after finding/incorrectly identifying them all in the last 3 videos.
I have an idea: all first form pokemon, you can give your mons any moveset BUT the moves cant be stab. once you set the moves you get a wheel of abilities that at least do something (eg swarm or slowstart is allowed, forecast isnt), you spin it 6 times, after each spin you set it on one of your pokemon. once you set a mon's ability, that's its ability, and it's one of the mons you're bringing.
Respect chilln for making it interesting. Could have 0-6 with that regi
Bisharp not using torment was a misplay versus dragon darts. But then again...how much would it actually change?
You should do challenges with forfeits or like maybe disadvantages?
Or maybe a challenge where you dont know the twist, you both catch 10 fully evolved pokemon and then spin a wheel which could be things like swap teams, all fully evolved become babies and babies become full Evo, can use held items, can change move set, remove all pokemon of one type from the party, or remove all the Pokemon from one gen.
So like you don't know what to catch to prepare because the twist could help or harm you... 😊

Roll a D10/ Spin a Wheel
Whatever the number, you must encounter a Pokémon with something pertaining to that number (E.G. roll a 3 and encounter a Tauros which you catch because it has 3 tails).
Overworld encounter
Random Pokémon
Random abilities
Fully evolved
3 skips
Roll 10 sided die/ spin wheel with 10 numbers to determine feature of Pokémon to capture

You guys should have a losers bracket! The gens that lost so far can have a second chance and then the winner of losers bracket can battle agains the winner in the grand finals. That way you each can have a shot at playing each gen one time

TH-camr challenge. Grab up 6 more youtubers have them spin a wheel with 12 of your past challenges on it for them to gather a team. Then you all fight in a tournament til only one is left.

Should have used Acrobatics. Double power from not holding an item plus STAB would have done way more than Night Daze ever hoped to have done. I think that's what turned the tide of the battle.

The catching session was brutal lol, I already know Gen 5 is getting steamrolled. Sucks as a huge Gen 5 fan but SwSh just brought all the heavy hitting gen 4s here
