That is so cool! Makes my heart happy y'all got that dust collection system! Just think of all the project y'all will be able to do in the dog days of summer and the terrible windy days and the terrible cold days and the list goes on and on.

Simple! I have an old Craftsman table saw. I just replaced the metal stand with a mobile stand made from 2x4s. This was a great idea for addressing dust collection!

I’m so glad I found this! I was searching for a dust collection solution for my table saw and I have this exact same saw and stand. This helped me so much!

So far I do like the Rockler Dust Right for my little shop. The remote control and multiple ports and attachments available are really nice.

You could probably do a modified version of the mobile base that I built for my sawstop contractor saw to fix your wobbly base and still be able to move it. Basically it uses the feet and has a set of drop down wheels on a lever. It works great so far for me. Also, Rockler does sell screw on quick connect ports so you could have just had a hole and screwed the quick connect on the outside of the plywood. I have used that on multiple tools (my downdraft table and even my upgraded dust collection for my jointer. The playlist for the sawstop mobile base I made is here: th-cam.com/play/PLjrM8MU4TJJDuRshI7WbiWHO-IYKrIHxm.html If you do decide to try it and have any questions, let me know. I think all the info should be in one of the three videos...but if not, I am happy to try and explain more if it helps. :)

I usually use a broom and dustpan. For the particles I can’t see, I use tissues.

How did you reattach the table saw to the stand? Is it just sitting on it with gravity?
