Do not waste the wagu meat on Stuart. That should be cooked closer to rare. It's way too succulent to be cooked too much as well. It's expensive meat.

The guy (Stuart) from the Mine is such an uncouth oaf. He should be paving driveways instead of running a restaurant. The woman comes a close second.

There's a big difference between fish and shellfish. Crab is not nearly as fishy tasting. It's more like a meat.
