Goku vs Giorno: 1. DBS Goku had fought against and appeared even while in UIO against Jiren. That Jiren, who wasn’t FP, was stated to be above in raw power. MUI Goku is easily far beyond that UIO Goku. By this feat alone. That makes Goku a 4D level character at least. 2. GER is a crazy ability that in my opinion, out ranks MUI Goku. Now we have to look at King Crimson (KC). KC’s ability is to erase time; but it even more than that. When he erases time, it is shown to use (visually) that he destroys space. When KC is used, he stands (literally) in a plane of existence above the regular world’s time and space. This would be highs 5D character in my book, it a high 4D level at a low ball. GER then is able to completely manipulate that realm KC is in. This would not necessarily put GER at another dimensional tier, but he would rank above KC. Conclusion: GER with a possible 5D rank should be able to revert any attack from Goku… but in raw attack power GER is doing nothing. So it’s a stalemate.
you got the KC explanation wrong whoever explained you how KC time erase works has said "when he uses the ability he moves in another dimension and ger could still use rtz in there" well thats wrong when KC uses time erase what happens is people that are affected by it will keep doing what they were going to do but unconsciously like the example with bruno when diavolo used time erase bruno punched the wall and diavolo was able to predict it and move out of the way or like with giorno when he was on the island and then he realized that time skiped but what actually happned was that they did what they were gonna do unconsciously and cannot change mind an example if somebody was to stick a knife into his throat but then changed mind he wouldnt do it but if diavolo used time skip when he was about to do it he was going to stick the knife into his throat. so the fact that ger used rtz in diavolos time erase means he can activate it unconsciously . hopefully you now have a bit of understanding to how KC time erase works. And of course for the battle against giorno and goku is that goku would move faster than time and one punch giorno cuz his punch scales to universal and goku is infinite 4d in base so he would be infinitely stronger than any 4d character.

The wiki doesn't mention the supernova stuff although it mentions that this attack can apparently destroy black holes which, if it's a small 30 km black hole, should already be solar system level, but if the stuff about Supernovas if true then he should easily be multi-solar system level.
@@meek7765 android saga Namek saga is a power of 3 planets. A supernova is the power of 20 planets. Android saga goku had the power of 10 or 15 planets but he has more technique and variation in his attacks so I would say android saga goku. Thanks on pointing it out for me :)
Fist of the Northstar-head here, Kenshiro is busted af, he has hax that make him untouchable, and can one shot just about anyone at close range if they can't survive all their internal organs shutting down and exploding. Any planet busters on the list may need to look at the option of destroying the planet to shut down this beast. for those on the list that can blitz him, it would pretty much come out to a stalemate as once again, he has become untouchable through the Musō Tensei. The only thing shown to be able to stop the Musō Tensei was the manipulation of Time, Space and Reality all at once, disorienting him to the point of breaking the Musō Tensei's effect so someone like a Meliodas, a Giorno, or a Natsu would have the edge on him there potentially. (I'm not with the 7 Deadly Sins and Fairy Tale, so I may need someone to fill me in on the details there.)
I think that GER vs goku would be a stalemate because ger is always activated meaning goku cant blitz beforehand then again I don’t think Giorono could damage goku.

I've been debating a lot of DB fans about DBS vs JoJo for a while now. The Giorno situation is complex but here's my take with how I do it. In DB, it can work simply off of their linear scaling. Unless we have a narrative with a concrete power level of Giorno people just assume its Goku's dub. In JoJo, we see no possible way to bypass an ability with brute strength alone and if Goku was there, he'd become a victim to most abilities unless there's a loophole such as time or range limits. In a universe where both are combined, it gets iffy. On one end you have a universe where strength is everything, but on the other end you have a verse that can dominate with abilities and smarts. Its like water and oil, they don't mix. The only good solution to this besides saying "Someone wins cause this" is to actually create the narrative. This is the very reason why a majority of these debates, whether its the likes of Goku, Naruto, Deku or whoever, its a stalemate.
Note, this applies even more in the manga. In the last two parts the stands get very ability based to the point where you get into things beyond dimensionality. I won't spoil it for those who don't know but if you know, keep it clean.
Well yes unless we are talking DB Heroes, Xeno Goku stomps in base form. But yeah JoJo has high scaling, plus like you said if people outside of JoJo were to go in the verse and fight by their rules and reality then even someone like Goku could potentially lose to fodder if even caught off guard. But if a JoJo character were to fight by DB’s rules then they’d be overwhelmed by shear strength minus Giorno, Giorno would get up to around Toppo and stalemate him. *Manga Spoiler* characters like Johnny and Gappy who both using the spin can literally go through infinite dimensions and bypass reality, time and space and concepts themselves and can warp reality and are also stated to be beyond logic and the counter to everything, the spin is a boundless force that is above existence itself, but they’d easily get speed blitzed by DB characters so really it all just depends on who’s verse rules they fight by like you said.
What I think is that Goku wouldn't be able to beat Giorno because every action he commits would be nullified, but Giorno wouldn't be able to scratch Goku because Goku is way more durable than JoJo characters' power levels. I'm just going to stick to the fact that anime and manga characters should only be compared to other characters from the same manga or anime, but yeah

I’d argue that only a character with time travel abilities can get past return to zero since it’s not really that much of a space manipulating ability, more of a time one (The infinity stones say it better then I could ngl). Rob I'm not sure if you're caught up to the dbs manga, but mui Goku punched full form Moro (much stronger than Jiren) so hard he destroyed planets, and then Goku when Moro fused with the earth, he became a giant version of himself , what I mean is you are basically fighting 2 mui gokus one is huge the other one is normal, also Goku has mastered ultra instinct so much that now his ultra instinct is stacked on top of blue , god, super Saiyan 1 to 3 and so on, Goku easily bodies saitama

He used it briefly during the Granolah fight, combining UI with SSG, and it surprised Granolah, like how his movements were so much cleaner and had 0 delay. However, after that, he used MUI and he was considerably stronger than with UI+SSG. So yeah, stacking in on top of the God forms is a large power-up and quite possible, but it's nowhere near the level of MUI.
About GER, we actually know that GER's return to zero is in the 5th dimension, probably higher. In a data book during Part 8, it was stated that GER cannot be compared to any other stand because it is too powerful. We are talking about a stand in Part 7 that bypasses dimensions, stands that create an infinite amount of dimensions in front of them, and much more. If GER cannot be compared to stands that can destroy dimensions and put a barrier of infinite dimensions, that is clearly a high dimensional plane. Also, even if an attack is not perceivable, it will still get reverted because in the same data book, it says ANY threat towards Giorno gets reverted
i would like to disagree with the whole stands that create an infinite amount of dimensions, because those dimensions already exist, d4c just has the ability to warp into said dimensions and the data book said power never anything about ability, we also know through eyes of heaven that ger isn't necessarily unbeatable quite the opposite, and there is no such stand that can destroy dimensions the closest there was to that was made in heaven accelerating the universe to a point of creating a new one, with it's ability not it's stats, speaking of where the fuck was giorno during the universe reset?
@@dantheman2415 Love Train puts an infinite amount of dimensions between Valentine, that’s the barrier, and Tusk is able to bypass that, meaning he can go through infinite dimensions effortlessly. In EoH, GER was nerfed because RTZ was made to be a manual ability instead of passive. Also the data book did say any threat against Giorno gets reverted. Giorno didn’t stop Universe Reset because it doesn’t kill anyone, it just moves people into a different Universe, everyone that was killed before the reset isn’t in the new Universe, but because of Emporio, that didn’t happen
Kenshiro has Muso Tensei which is complete intangibility that technically erases him from the physical plane, can send ki blast like energy from hands, can master any technique just by seeing it, mastered a martial arts technique that can cut people and ignores durability, by eos he no longer touches people to activate their pressure points he can do it from a distance, can tank explosions and collapsing buildings falling on him, and has an "shave" similar to what is seen in One Piece
Love that Tsuna shoutout, he's seriously underrated, it's a real shame that the final two arcs were never animated, Tsuna's powers are crazy strong by the end. Saitama is powerful, but a character like Goku could obliterate every threat in the One Punch Man universe, and I'm including not just the Manga, but even the webcomic that's further ahead. Saitama's beast feat is planetary, and although I'm sure he's much stronger, even if he was billions of times stronger than his best showing and was using 1% of his power with his serious punch, it'd still be insignificant. I need to see more from him. Things like Baryon Mode and Ichigo's true Zangetsu have better feats and scaling than Saitama, so I don't really get how he's always near the top on lists like this.
I agree. If you ask me, he's Semi Galaxy level only because the serious punch could destroy Boros' move and it was stated that he could destroy a star, and that could have been a miss translation.

Which is honestly not bad, problem is even in the manga or webcomic Boros is still one of the strongest opponents of Saitama, with only Garou even remotely rivaling him. If we're talking about DBZ then OPM top-tiers are somewhat relevant to the Saiyan saga or Namek saga at best (early Cell saga with wank on Boros), with Saitama maybe reaching Buu saga at aboslute peak. Even if the fan made up theory of him hitting as hard as the big bang was true, he'd tie with Battle of Gods Goku, which was the very beginning of Super.

GER isn't necessarily using an higher plain of existence or making new dimensions it is reverting everything to zero (A simplified version of GER is basically Ctrl+Z you can't really do anything about it if you are the words) which would include Goku's willpower/will to fight and Goku wouldn't be too aware of what's happening (like diovalo who was unable to do anything or really comprehend what was happening) but this would kind of be uncharted territories for Goku and GER has only been shown to been beat by someone who can rewrite realty because biased off the feat of GER I would personally say that GER would win but you give a good argument for Goku and I really think it's a toss up like the unstoppable force (Goku) vs an immovable wall (GER) Love the content :D

What? Ichigo was super underwhelming in the tybw arc. Ichigo won like one fight. The only reason he won at the end was because he was assisted. I hope they change that in the anime, because in the manga most fights ended in disappointing ways.

They missed out on including literaly any of the fire force characters. People like benimaru, shinra, arrthur etc all have feats that are greater than planets and not to mention shinra can move so fast that he can go back in time.
In Dbs it's stated that hax only work on characters with relative or weaker strength that's why goku was able to negate time skips effects so goku would clap giorno

Luffy (Big Dog Luffy so far could probably hang with alot of the remaining characters on this chart) 8: Vash The Stampede (If you've watched Trigun you should know how INSANE vash's destructive capability is in the manga and anime. Hes been stated to be able to blow up planets in solar systems and shoot out a beam so far into the sky it made a giant hole in the moon much like naruto) 7: Naruto Uzumaki (Easily in the top 7 bracket, it also really helps that he has probably one of the best if not THE best hax in the entire shonen anime history.) 6: Mob Shigeo Kageyama (You may say im insane for putting mob above naruto but hear me out. Most of these characters do not have Psychic Resistance so that means they'd be taking the FULL IMPACT of mobs abilities and we already know he was launching buildings destroying realities, cities, dreams.) 5: Saitama (Since we havent seen enough of saitama we cannot place him any higher. But what I will say that his current feats should pretty equally be as powerful as mob if not higher then mobs.) 4: Ichigo Kurosaki (Im a major Bleach Fan so I already know all of ichigos most powerful feats but even looking back to the Fake Karakura Town arc I dont see many people on this list being able to handle an Aizen or Mugetsu.) 3: Son Goku (The only reason hes not number 2 or number 1 is because who I have for my number 1 shonen protaganist. But we already know he for sure has the most damage output on this chart 0 effort) 2: Golden Experience Requiem / Giorino (Do I even have to explain?) 1: Kamijou Touma from TOARU (Now if we only look at the anime he'd probably only be in the top 10 or top 15 but from what we've seen in the light novel he clearly deserves the number 1 spot. It doesnt help the others that he has the literal ABILITY to erase ANYTHING supernatural meaning any and every attack everybody on this list does to him is negated by his right hand. And even if you cut off his right hand he has the power of an invisible hand that can destroy planet level attacks and even universal level attacks. Not to mention he has the power of all the dragons when his right hands cut off and oh by the way all these dragons have Imagine Breaker with them. Meaning they can also negate supernatural abilities.
Never thought Touma to be at the first, good pick, he’s quite underrated, all of Toaru are, the top 10 in Toaru can solo a lot of the shonen protagonist out there
First of all you have to keep in mind that this is a *POWER* ranking not a “Who will beat who?” or “I can survive thanks to my powers” type of ranking. This solely focuses on fire power, offensive abilities, strength and attack potency which means that Giorno shouldn't be #1 by any means. I gave everyone the benefit of the doubt (although there's one character that I don't know and so can't say anything about) which means that they should all be a bit above what they actually are while remaining somewhat reasonable. 1- GOKU : Easily Multiversal No need to add anything else 2- ICHIGO : Low Multiversal Ichigo scales to the Soul King who has to literally keep 3 universes apart constantly (3- MANGA LUFFY : Large Planetary) Luffy gets his biggest power up in the entire series which, (considering the increase) *IF used with King Kong Gun,* should make him Large Planetary (you just have to multiply the power of anime Luffy's King Kong Gun, that I put somewhere below in the list, with an estimated multiplier for this power up, my personal multiplier estimate is one billion times) which makes sense as it would put him about on par with Whitebeard who can shift entire tectonic plates and even destroy the One Piece world using his devil fruit *alone* (and haki amps all this by thousands of times) which is consistent with Crocodile thinking he needs Pluton in order to compete with Whitebeard and in order to oppose the World Government (while Whitebeard can oppose the world government by himself) and Pluton was also stated to be able to destroy the world. All the Yonkos should also scale to Whitebeard by the way and Luffy is fighting equally with one of them. 3/4- SAITAMA : Large Planetary Saitama's strength isn't incalculable because it's too big but because we've never seen him use it at it's strongest. His gag is that he is a end of series character which means that he can still be beaten by anyone strong enough. Since he is a end of series character I'm pretty sure that a bunch of S-Class Heroes (especially Tatsumaki, Blast and Genos) will reach his level by the end of the series, he will also eventually have to find a worthy opponent and, as he said himself, his strength *isn't* limitless at all. All of this proves that his gag *ISN'T* to kill everyone in one punch (especially since it didn't work on Boros or Garou), it's just that he ends up doing it as a side effect of being a end of series character, just like if Super Saiyan Blue Ultimate Kaioken Goku was fighting Bruce Lee in Dragon Ball or if Baryon Mode Naruto was facing Zabuza. This is further reinforced by the fact that Saitama has to somewhat *try* against some opponents (which is where his Serious Moves come from) so anyone strong enough could make Saitama *really* try, and if the opponent is strong enough he will actually defeat Saitama. DEATH BATTLE calculated Saitama's highest theoretical power to 11 Yottatons of Tnt from his clash with Boros, however I would argue that his Serious Punch actually overpowered Boros's blast by more than twice : once in order to cancel the blast, once in order to kill Boros and some remaining energy to split the clouds so I would actually give him 33 Yottatons of Tnt. But we also have to consider that Saitama can use both his hands at once or even use a kick which, in both cases, is twice as powerful and would put him at 66 Yottatons of Tnt which also makes him Large Planetary. 4/5- NARUTO : Large Planetary One half of Kurama is able to destroy the Naruto world and Hashirama could tame all the tailed beasts at once and Madara is comparable to him and one half of Kurama was a match for a full Hachibi and could also fight multiple tailed beasts at once so defeating all the tailed beasts like Madara could should already be equal to two Kurama. Then Ten-tail should be more powerful than all the Ten-tails combined so let's say that the Ten-tail is around 4 Kurama, this would give Ten-Tail Madara the power of 6 Kurama. Thus same Madara's power was calculated up to around 1 Yottatons of Tnt by DEATH BATTLE, except this was before he absorbed the God Tree which should give him another Ten-Tail amp (so another 4 Kurama making it 10 Kurama) which should give him around 1.67 Yottatons of Tnt. Then he is forced into absorbing the Chakra of everyone on Earth (which should be more than the Ten-Tail's chakra) and becomes Kaguya which should be around 40 more Kuramas (now 50 Kuramas instead of 10) which would put Kaguya at around 8.35 Yottatons of Tnt which is Large Planetary and adult Naruto should somewhat scale to her I guess.

If you factor those two facts to calculate the power that King Kong Gun would require to destroy Doflamingo's web and 16 holy bullets you get that King Kong Gun would be Multi-Continental which is consistent with later feats from 2 other characters comparable to Luffy (in Wano). 8- MOB : Multi-continental If he is really comparable to Tatsumaki 9- MELIODAS : Multi-continental Unsealed Meliodas could destroy a kingdom, let's say it's Country Level, even though he only has a power level of 32,500. Assault Mode Meliodas has a power level of 142,000 and upon becoming the Demon King Meliodas should have absorbed the power of the 10 Commandments which have a combined power level of 461,000 (we'll take 500,000 since the absorbed commandments are shown to be more powerful than what they add up to when Mael absorbs them) thus giving him a final power level of 642,000 which put make him at about 1.98 Petatons of Tnt which is Continental. Ger rtz is something that resets to 0. 0 is when the opponent has no intentions of fighting. The moment someone thinks about attacking then they are no longer in 0. Rtz would then cancel all the attack not in 0 causing the opponent to reset back to 0. That's what I think but ger had Like 0 screen time so I can't say for sure
I think Giorno wins against Goku because, G.E.R is automatic and has infinite range so doesn't matter how fast Goku is but neither is G.E.R strong enough to hurt Goku because we saw his barrage against Diavolo and he could barley stand but Diavolo is a normal human so it's like a normal barrage from like a The world or Star Platinum so they can't hurt each other and that just brings to a battle of endurance and Giorno wins because he can replace organs and create food so that's why Giorno wins

as far as goku vs GER goes lmao at higher dimensional goku. 1. the dimensions mentioned are simply alternate dimensions not higher ones, so no. 2. even if he did destroyed them and they were higher dimensional that simply means higher dimensional AP, not existence which is what would be necessary to overcome R20. So yeah, as for who would win Giorno's only shot is creating something then having goku kill it since he does technically have that reflect ability. otherwise it's a stalemate. (also GER is 4d so if goku has any existance feats that I'm unaware of above that then maybe he could win.)

GER doesn't need Giorno's will to act, the stand acts as it sees fit to protect Giorno, it lives only to ensure that Giorno doesn't die. Any action against GER or Giorno will be reality warped and turned into nothing. There's nothing Goku can do since he can't punch and kick his way outta this one. He'd end up in an infinite death loop just like Diavolo.

Goku is low 4 dimensional from what we have seen. Giorno (GER) with his abilities immediately puts him at 4 dimensional. Even diavolo was operating at a 4 dimensional scale. GER won’t be able to kill goku as it doesn’t have the strength but Goku can’t kill Giorno because he literally can’t touch him, and also GER has to physically kill someone to put them in a death loop. So it will most likely be a stalemate, MAYBEEE, there could still be arguments for GER winning.
Much as it pains me, there is one element of this article that I do have to defend. At no point did the writer claim that they were ranking the 15 most powerful shounen protagonists. What they said is that they picked 15 popular ("iconic") protagonists and then ranked them by power. And that would in itself be fine and truth in advertising if they'd actually managed to rank them by power, and would technically remain so even if they replaced, say, Goku with a weakling like Lelouch or Light, because they didn't even claim to be ranking the most iconic protagonists. And even there they did less terribly than I was expecting; I've definitely seen worse from both ScreenRant and CBR. Now, let's go down the list and rank these characters more properly, shall we? There is some room for interpretation here, since power can mean either raw power output, or power plus hax, or power plus hax plus defence plus speed, but I'm going with the latter here. 15. Eren Titans really aren't very fast or strong, and he'd get blitzed by everyone here. 14. Gon He's skilled, but HXH is a pretty weak 'verse and he's nowhere near the top of the heap. 14/13. Deku Respectable strength, but very much a slowpoke. 13. Adult Gon In this amped state he's honestly still not as strong as Deku, but he's several times faster, and that's enough to justify a change in ranking. 12. Mob No, he doesn't scale to Tatsumaki; there are numerous valid reasons to disregard ONE's statement on the matter. He's also very slow, slower than Deku and maybe even Gon, and that limits how much he can actually accomplish with his power and hax. 11. Yusuke He definitely has enough raw power to reach the top 6, but relative to his raw power he's more of a slowpoke than Mob, and from here on out hax capable of getting past his durability is common. 10. Kenshiro Weaker than Yusuke, but about as fast, and his power nullification and intangibility hax are terrifying force multipliers. 9. Maka Only about as powerful as Mob, but hundreds of times faster than anyone we've discussed so far, and her ability to cut spirits also nullifies a lot of the hax of those below her. 8. Meliodas No, Arthur did not possess anything resembling the full power of Chaos. Meliodas is only about as strong as Kenshiro, and while he's not as fast as Maka his clones make up for it. 7. Natsu About as strong as Yusuke and our first faster than light character. Also pretty decent hax. 6. Luffy Luffy is faster than Maka and is only slightly weaker than Yusuke. If that were everything he'd get stomped by Natsu, but Haki is several kinds of BS that's just enough to close the gap and let him beat Natsu. 5. Saitama Technically Natsu has better feats than Saitama, but we do have some statements that raise him to a level he can't compete with (he's our first planet buster), and Saitama's powers also happen to at least partially counter Haki. 4. Ichigo Another faster than light planet buster. But he got several amps since he reached that level and has a decent amount of soul hax (notably invisibility). But no, he does not scale to Yhwach. 3. Naruto Even disregarding Boruto he's still large star level, and while he's technically slower than light, his clones more than make up for it. Kurama's emotion sense also lets him counter Ichigo's invisibility. In Boruto he's practically at his end of series level even while not able to use chakra, to say nothing of Baryon Mode. 2. Goku Goku's power is confirmed finite. Shaking the infinite void runs into several issues with unreliable narrators, and the immediately following power-ups proved those statements were hyperbole. And also, even the originator/popularizer of dimensional scaling BS, VS Battle Wiki, has largely abandoned that system after years of criticism about how the math just doesn't work. The ability to act on a higher-dimensional level is useful and often relevant to a fight, but it's more of a tiebreaker hax than anything that's usually defining for a character. But just because he's finite doesn't mean he doesn't solo the 13 'verses below him. Also, Xenoverse/CC/Heroes Goku is a different beast entirely where infinite power has in fact been reached. 1. Giorno Gold Experience Requiem's Stand Stats are all N/A. In a context where infinite speed, power, range, and other Stand Stats are explicitly a thing. Even the Omni-King would at best stalemate, and considering how much trouble he had seeing faster fighters, I wouldn't bet on it. And JJBA has its own higher-dimensional BS, which really starts to come to the fore in Part 7.
Dang, this article was ridiculous when it came to scaling. And yeah, Asta should've been in there. And from what I've heard, Shinra should be too. But with the what characters are here, this is my comment. - I agree that Deku could potentially be on the top 10, but he's not even close to Natsu and Yusuke should be above him. 100 Year Quest Natsu is just way too strong right now, and idk much about Yusuke, but I saw Hiei in Death Battle and Yusuke was mentioned in the rundown (I don't agree that he won that Death Battle though) and there statements saying that Yusuke could fight demons that could destroy the world. Deku's power is only Large Island and potentially Small Country Level (smallest country level. And that's barely and probably just a highball), thanks to scaling higher than All Might. That's not strong enough to take on either of them. - Eren's not stronger than Gon. He could probably meet up with him in power with the Founding Titan, but Gon's Speed and Adult Form would destroy him. - Luffy should be up above Deku in this list. Luffy in the Manga is stronger than Deku in the Manga, even with that Danger Sense and Fa Jin quirk. And if Asta were on this list, he'd be in between them. - Natsu VS Meliodas... from what I know, I actually think Natsu wins. But at the same time I don't know too much about Chaos or a lot of other things that 7DS has to offer, but Full Counter won't do too much to Natsu because he's resistant to Fire and immune to his own. But Chaos and Demon King Meliodas should be able to land decent hits on him. Thing is, from what I heard of Chaos, Natsu's dealt with before. But remember, idk much about 7DS. - AAAAYYYYYYEEEEE LET'S GO, BLEACH IS COMING BACK AND THE ANIMATION IS WAY BETTER (cough cough) uh I mean I'm glad he's in the top 5. I do think him and Naruto should at least be back to back, who ever wins. I personally think Naruto wins, but it'll be a close fight. Ichigo beat Aizen and Ywach (not gonna go too much into Ywach, for spoiler reasons, but he's powerful), while Naruto before the end of Shippuden beat Madara and Kaguya (and Baryon Mode held off against someone stronger than Kaguya, Isshiki). If you ask me, they're both Multi-Large Planet level... well Naruto was until he lost Kurama. Without Kurama, he doesn't stand much chance. Ichigo's destroying Naruto without Kurama. But idk, I've been hearing theories about how Kurama may be reborn somehow, but until then, Ichigo should win. But if we're giving Naruto Kurama, then they're even. - let's be real, Goku's giving Saitama his #3 spot and taking Giorno's #1 spot. Idk much about Jojo's bizarre adventure, but from what I hear, Goku's destroying him. And I know that Saitama's not doing much to Goku. Goku's shown to be strong enough to shake the Null Realm when he transformed into Ultra Instinct for the first time and the Null Realm is literally infinite in size, and his base form is now 9x universal thanks to his base being stronger than SSG back in the day. He's blowing over everyone here, imo.

I hate the idea that GER would beat goku, read jojo chapter 586, or listen to the anime episode where ger is posing with giorno when it first appears. It says "All that will survive is THE REALITY of this world, RIGHTEOUS ACTIONS, born from reality will never be annihilated, buccellati is dead, so are abbachio and narancia but their actions and wills have not been annihilated, they have given me this arrow. Now are your actions born of reality? Or are they born of superficial evil? In the end will you be able to escape annihilation?" My interpretation of this is that goku with ultra instinct acting purely without any evil intentions would be able to fight through ger. Regardless ger would have no way of killing goku
Kenshiro can essentially one shot any human character from anime if he touches them once. Hokuto Shinken is a very strong fighting style, not too mention he has an Ultra Instinct like ability, mastery over the brother style of Hokuto Shinken. The fact that he is below Gon, Deku and so many other human characters upsets me a bit. One touch on most of human anime characters one shots or even causes their bodies to move on Kenshiros demand. Akuto Sai Casted aside his earthly form, leaving a void body that was take into Keena by the Contract of the One, which allowed him to be freed from his story role as the Demon King and become part of the Anti-Universe, the place where all stories end, which would put it above the totatility of fiction. 2. Battler Ushiromiya Manifested in the City of Books, one of the highest realm in the World of Witches, above the majority of the infinite layers of existence leading to the Creator Domain, containing countless books and stories, a single one of which could record all of Umineko, with the lives of individual characters taking up little more than a single line. The world of his territory eventually came to encompass the City of Books as well, allowing him to fight against Bernkastel and completely overpower her to the point she was forced to abuse the rules of the gameboard to defeat him, making her "writhe in anguish" with a punch and vomit blood with a kick. 3. Sinbad |Guardian of the Sacred Palace| Can swap the rank of higher Gods or steal their powers. Sinbad and David used the system multiple times to switch up the hierarchy of Gods. Enough said. 4. Yogiri Takatou Represents the End of all existence, nonexistence and phenomena, standing beyond the conceptual hierarchy of heavenly records/The Sea and the endless hierarchy of higher-level continuums that resides beyond The Sea, where lower-dimensional spaces are embedded within higher-dimensional ones. Its mere presence was enough to completely erase UEG. 5. Anos Voldigoad (True Power) Anos constantly suppresses his destructive power by offsetting his own power with his own power, and normally controls only the barely remaining power after that, all to prevent the universe from being destroyed by his mere presence. It is implied that Anos' true destructive power is on par with . Anos is a near-perfect Lion of Destruction which means he is capable of destroying the Silver Sea. 6. Sailor Moon (Lambda Form) Destroyed Chaos, reducing it to being "infinitesimally small" within the Galaxy Cauldron, merely as an after effect of releasing the Lambda Power. Can restore everything in the cosmos, which includes the universe and space-time corridor that exists outside of the space-time continuum 7. Goku (MUI) Fought Jiren at full power even after Jiren broke his limits, and managed to defeat him after becoming enraged. Enough said. 8. Reimu Hakurei Marisa can only barely keep up with her through constant training even though Reimu is lazy and rarely practices, and according to Marisa, she can one-shot almost any youkai with Fantasy Seal. She, alongside Yukari in the Barrier Team's extra scenario in Imperishable Night, inflicted so much pain onto Mokou to where she couldn't fight anymore despite her immortality. 9. Accelerator (Platinum Wings) A more powerful version of his white wings, Accelerator first used these wings during the fight against Coronzon. The wings are achieved thanks to the connection to the metaphysical Clonoth, a tree very similar to the Sephiroth that is more conceptual than physical, such a connection is achieved trough the linking of Qliphah Puzzle 545, himself and the Will of the Misaka Network. The wings are similar to those of Aiwass, and are supposed to be a combination of both magic and scientific knowledge, not much has been shown until now, but we can safely assume they at least have the same property of the white wings, as well as giving him access to soul/law manipulation, the capability of performing Holistic phenomenon, and an instinctive understating of magical and conceptual vectors for now. The same 'unknown energy' used in his previous winged forms can now be converted into spears-like shapes that are able to nullify magical phenomenon through its inflicted damage. Noteworthy that even in this form casting a spell process still kicks in the recoil damage common for espers, but the increased durability that comes with it generally makes up for that drawback instead. 10. Toriko (GOD Arc) After resurrecting and receiving a power up, he was able to attack and even push back current Acacia; even doing an attack that took a chunk of the planet off. After Toriko consumed GOD, Center, and his gourmet red demon, he powered up to the point where he punched Neo-Consumed Acacia across the world and caught him without looking, Far superior to Neo at its peak, which consumed countless stars. 11. Mori Jin (Toriko Swap?) Regained the power he used to defeat the Supreme God Tathagata, which is stated to be equal to the 250000x Jeahbongchim Acupuncture and Mori Hui Power he used to defeat Satan. Broke the Loop of Binding around his head, which even his 250000x Jeahbongchim Acupuncture and Mori Hui Power could not do. One-shot Phase 3 Satan and forced him back into his Base Form. 12. Adam (RoR) Capable of casually dodging attacks from Zeus. His fist surpassed time itself and was able to react and move in a timeframe of already "0.00000000000000000000 seconds" before the rest could be seen. Capable of keeping up with Adamas Zeus whose attacks were described as unavoidable. Adams fist later surpassed time itself and was able to move in a timeframe of "0.00000000000000000000 seconds" before the rest could be seen. 13. Ichigo Kurosaki (TYBW Arc) Before he entered his Bankai and merged state, he cut down the Weakened Soul King, capable of cutting through a casual Soul King Yhwach's darkness, is one of three people alive capable of defeating Hikone's full power, making him among the strongest in the entire verse, and was even fit to replace the Soul King. Ichigo killed Soul King Yhwach with a Getsuga Tenshou and again with the Zangetsu that appears from within as Yhwach's power was coming back to him. The Gran Rey Cero Getsuga Tenshou pierces Soul King Yhwach's defenses and forced Yhwach to open his Almighty eyes. Soul King Yhwach feared Ichigo's Bankai enough to go out of his way not to fight it, instead destroying it with his Almighty. It was all she wrote after he used his bankai with Gran Rey Cero Getsuga Tenshou. 14. Naruto Uzumaki (Baryon Mode) Fought and overpowered Isshiki Ōtsutsuki in their fight before he gradually grew weaker. 15. Saitama Casually overpowered Orochi's Gaia Cannon, overpowered Boros' Collapsing Star Roaring Cannon attack while holding back significantly. GER deserved the number one spot. RTZ is a passive ability, and literally nothing other than a god level threat with abilities that specify to overwrite overwrites for example heaven ascended dio (who isn’t canon) can bypass this. Hakai isn’t on the level of bypassing this either since it’s an eraser attack. Nothing gets through GER’s infinite defense unless it’s on a completely different scale of reality to the point where their ability is a larger infinity than RTZ produces. If you take your chances and your ability isn’t up to the standard you’re doomed, GER will automatically make contact and put you into infinite deaths without even killing you (or at least that is how it is perceived based on what we have seen). Even the Omni-king can’t lay a finger on Giorno.

Goku vs Giorno:
1. DBS Goku had fought against and appeared even while in UIO against Jiren. That Jiren, who wasn’t FP, was stated to be above in raw power. MUI Goku is easily far beyond that UIO Goku. By this feat alone. That makes Goku a 4D level character at least.
2. GER is a crazy ability that in my opinion, out ranks MUI Goku. Now we have to look at King Crimson (KC). KC’s ability is to erase time; but it even more than that. When he erases time, it is shown to use (visually) that he destroys space. When KC is used, he stands (literally) in a plane of existence above the regular world’s time and space. This would be highs 5D character in my book, it a high 4D level at a low ball. GER then is able to completely manipulate that realm KC is in. This would not necessarily put GER at another dimensional tier, but he would rank above KC.
Conclusion: GER with a possible 5D rank should be able to revert any attack from Goku… but in raw attack power GER is doing nothing. So it’s a stalemate.

you got the KC explanation wrong whoever explained you how KC time erase works has said "when he uses the ability he moves in another dimension and ger could still use rtz in there" well thats wrong when KC uses time erase what happens is people that are affected by it will keep doing what they were going to do but unconsciously like the example with bruno when diavolo used time erase bruno punched the wall and diavolo was able to predict it and move out of the way or like with giorno when he was on the island and then he realized that time skiped but what actually happned was that they did what they were gonna do unconsciously and cannot change mind an example if somebody was to stick a knife into his throat but then changed mind he wouldnt do it but if diavolo used time skip when he was about to do it he was going to stick the knife into his throat.
so the fact that ger used rtz in diavolos time erase means he can activate it unconsciously .
hopefully you now have a bit of understanding to how KC time erase works.
And of course for the battle against giorno and goku is that goku would move faster than time and one punch giorno cuz his punch scales to universal and goku is infinite 4d in base so he would be infinitely stronger than any 4d character.

Can you give me the chapter's link please? The wiki doesn't mention the supernova stuff although it mentions that this attack can apparently destroy black holes which, if it's a small 30 km black hole, should already be solar system level, but if the stuff about Supernovas if true then he should easily be multi-solar system level.

Fist of the Northstar-head here, Kenshiro is busted af, he has hax that make him untouchable, and can one shot just about anyone at close range if they can't survive all their internal organs shutting down and exploding. Any planet busters on the list may need to look at the option of destroying the planet to shut down this beast. for those on the list that can blitz him, it would pretty much come out to a stalemate as once again, he has become untouchable through the Musō Tensei. The only thing shown to be able to stop the Musō Tensei was the manipulation of Time, Space and Reality all at once, disorienting him to the point of breaking the Musō Tensei's effect so someone like a Meliodas, a Giorno, or a Natsu would have the edge on him there potentially. (I'm not with the 7 Deadly Sins and Fairy Tale, so I may need someone to fill me in on the details there.)

I've been debating a lot of DB fans about DBS vs JoJo for a while now. The Giorno situation is complex but here's my take with how I do it.
In DB, it can work simply off of their linear scaling. Unless we have a narrative with a concrete power level of Giorno people just assume its Goku's dub.
In JoJo, we see no possible way to bypass an ability with brute strength alone and if Goku was there, he'd become a victim to most abilities unless there's a loophole such as time or range limits.
In a universe where both are combined, it gets iffy. On one end you have a universe where strength is everything, but on the other end you have a verse that can dominate with abilities and smarts. Its like water and oil, they don't mix. The only good solution to this besides saying "Someone wins cause this" is to actually create the narrative. This is the very reason why a majority of these debates, whether its the likes of Goku, Naruto, Deku or whoever, its a stalemate.
Note, this applies even more in the manga. In the last two parts the stands get very ability based to the point where you get into things beyond dimensionality. I won't spoil it for those who don't know but if you know, keep it clean.
Well yes unless we are talking DB Heroes, Xeno Goku stomps in base form. But yeah JoJo has high scaling, plus like you said if people outside of JoJo were to go in the verse and fight by their rules and reality then even someone like Goku could potentially lose to fodder if even caught off guard. But if a JoJo character were to fight by DB’s rules then they’d be overwhelmed by shear strength minus Giorno, Giorno would get up to around Toppo and stalemate him. *Manga Spoiler* characters like Johnny and Gappy who both using the spin can literally go through infinite dimensions and bypass reality, time and space and concepts themselves and can warp reality and are also stated to be beyond logic and the counter to everything, the spin is a boundless force that is above existence itself, but they’d easily get speed blitzed by DB characters so really it all just depends on who’s verse rules they fight by like you said.

Rob I'm not sure if you're caught up to the dbs manga, but mui Goku punched full form Moro (much stronger than Jiren) so hard he destroyed planets, and then Goku when Moro fused with the earth, he became a giant version of himself , what I mean is you are basically fighting 2 mui gokus one is huge the other one is normal, also Goku has mastered ultra instinct so much that now his ultra instinct is stacked on top of blue , god, super Saiyan 1 to 3 and so on, Goku easily bodies saitama

He used it briefly during the Granolah fight, combining UI with SSG, and it surprised Granolah, like how his movements were so much cleaner and had 0 delay. However, after that, he used MUI and he was considerably stronger than with UI+SSG. So yeah, stacking in on top of the God forms is a large power-up and quite possible, but it's nowhere near the level of MUI.

About GER, we actually know that GER's return to zero is in the 5th dimension, probably higher. In a data book during Part 8, it was stated that GER cannot be compared to any other stand because it is too powerful. We are talking about a stand in Part 7 that bypasses dimensions, stands that create an infinite amount of dimensions in front of them, and much more. If GER cannot be compared to stands that can destroy dimensions and put a barrier of infinite dimensions, that is clearly a high dimensional plane.
Also, even if an attack is not perceivable, it will still get reverted because in the same data book, it says ANY threat towards Giorno gets reverted

Kenshiro has Muso Tensei which is complete intangibility that technically erases him from the physical plane, can send ki blast like energy from hands, can master any technique just by seeing it, mastered a martial arts technique that can cut people and ignores durability, by eos he no longer touches people to activate their pressure points he can do it from a distance, can tank explosions and collapsing buildings falling on him, and has an "shave" similar to what is seen in One Piece
Love that Tsuna shoutout, he's seriously underrated, it's a real shame that the final two arcs were never animated, Tsuna's powers are crazy strong by the end. Saitama is powerful, but a character like Goku could obliterate every threat in the One Punch Man universe, and I'm including not just the Manga, but even the webcomic that's further ahead. Saitama's beast feat is planetary, and although I'm sure he's much stronger, even if he was billions of times stronger than his best showing and was using 1% of his power with his serious punch, it'd still be insignificant. I need to see more from him. Things like Baryon Mode and Ichigo's true Zangetsu have better feats and scaling than Saitama, so I don't really get how he's always near the top on lists like this.

GER isn't necessarily using an higher plain of existence or making new dimensions it is reverting everything to zero (A simplified version of GER is basically Ctrl+Z you can't really do anything about it if you are the words) which would include Goku's willpower/will to fight and Goku wouldn't be too aware of what's happening (like diovalo who was unable to do anything or really comprehend what was happening) but this would kind of be uncharted territories for Goku and GER has only been shown to been beat by someone who can rewrite realty because biased off the feat of GER I would personally say that GER would win but you give a good argument for Goku and I really think it's a toss up like the unstoppable force (Goku) vs an immovable wall (GER)

7: Naruto Uzumaki (Easily in the top 7 bracket, it also really helps that he has probably one of the best if not THE best hax in the entire shonen anime history.)
6: Mob Shigeo Kageyama (You may say im insane for putting mob above naruto but hear me out. Most of these characters do not have Psychic Resistance so that means they'd be taking the FULL IMPACT of mobs abilities and we already know he was launching buildings destroying realities, cities, dreams.)
5: Saitama (Since we havent seen enough of saitama we cannot place him any higher. But what I will say that his current feats should pretty equally be as powerful as mob if not higher then mobs.)
4: Ichigo Kurosaki (Im a major Bleach Fan so I already know all of ichigos most powerful feats but even looking back to the Fake Karakura Town arc I dont see many people on this list being able to handle an Aizen or Mugetsu.)
3: Son Goku (The only reason hes not number 2 or number 1 is because who I have for my number 1 shonen protaganist. But we already know he for sure has the most damage output on this chart 0 effort)
2: Golden Experience Requiem / Giorino (Do I even have to explain?)
1: Kamijou Touma from TOARU (Now if we only look at the anime he'd probably only be in the top 10 or top 15 but from what we've seen in the light novel he clearly deserves the number 1 spot. It doesnt help the others that he has the literal ABILITY to erase ANYTHING supernatural meaning any and every attack everybody on this list does to him is negated by his right hand. And even if you cut off his right hand he has the power of an invisible hand that can destroy planet level attacks and even universal level attacks. Not to mention he has the power of all the dragons when his right hands cut off and oh by the way all these dragons have Imagine Breaker with them. Meaning they can also negate supernatural abilities.

First of all you have to keep in mind that this is a *POWER* ranking not a “Who will beat who?” or “I can survive thanks to my powers” type of ranking. This solely focuses on fire power, offensive abilities, strength and attack potency which means that Giorno shouldn't be #1 by any means. I gave everyone the benefit of the doubt (although there's one character that I don't know and so can't say anything about) which means that they should all be a bit above what they actually are while remaining somewhat reasonable.
1- GOKU : Easily Multiversal
No need to add anything else
2- ICHIGO : Low Multiversal
Ichigo scales to the Soul King who has to literally keep 3 universes apart constantly
(3- MANGA LUFFY : Large Planetary)
Luffy gets his biggest power up in the entire series which, (considering the increase) *IF used with King Kong Gun,* should make him Large Planetary (you just have to multiply the power of anime Luffy's King Kong Gun, that I put somewhere below in the list, with an estimated multiplier for this power up, my personal multiplier estimate is one billion times) which makes sense as it would put him about on par with Whitebeard who can shift entire tectonic plates and even destroy the One Piece world using his devil fruit *alone* (and haki amps all this by thousands of times) which is consistent with Crocodile thinking he needs Pluton in order to compete with Whitebeard and in order to oppose the World Government (while Whitebeard can oppose the world government by himself) and Pluton was also stated to be able to destroy the world. All the Yonkos should also scale to Whitebeard by the way and Luffy is fighting equally with one of them.
3/4- SAITAMA : Large Planetary
Saitama's strength isn't incalculable because it's too big but because we've never seen him use it at it's strongest.
His gag is that he is a end of series character which means that he can still be beaten by anyone strong enough.
Since he is a end of series character I'm pretty sure that a bunch of S-Class Heroes (especially Tatsumaki, Blast and Genos) will reach his level by the end of the series, he will also eventually have to find a worthy opponent and, as he said himself, his strength *isn't* limitless at all.
All of this proves that his gag *ISN'T* to kill everyone in one punch (especially since it didn't work on Boros or Garou), it's just that he ends up doing it as a side effect of being a end of series character, just like if Super Saiyan Blue Ultimate Kaioken Goku was fighting Bruce Lee in Dragon Ball or if Baryon Mode Naruto was facing Zabuza.
This is further reinforced by the fact that Saitama has to somewhat *try* against some opponents (which is where his Serious Moves come from) so anyone strong enough could make Saitama *really* try, and if the opponent is strong enough he will actually defeat Saitama.
DEATH BATTLE calculated Saitama's highest theoretical power to 11 Yottatons of Tnt from his clash with Boros, however I would argue that his Serious Punch actually overpowered Boros's blast by more than twice : once in order to cancel the blast, once in order to kill Boros and some remaining energy to split the clouds so I would actually give him 33 Yottatons of Tnt.
But we also have to consider that Saitama can use both his hands at once or even use a kick which, in both cases, is twice as powerful and would put him at 66 Yottatons of Tnt which also makes him Large Planetary.
4/5- NARUTO : Large Planetary
One half of Kurama is able to destroy the Naruto world and Hashirama could tame all the tailed beasts at once and Madara is comparable to him and one half of Kurama was a match for a full Hachibi and could also fight multiple tailed beasts at once so defeating all the tailed beasts like Madara could should already be equal to two Kurama. Then Ten-tail should be more powerful than all the Ten-tails combined so let's say that the Ten-tail is around 4 Kurama, this would give Ten-Tail Madara the power of 6 Kurama.
Thus same Madara's power was calculated up to around 1 Yottatons of Tnt by DEATH BATTLE, except this was before he absorbed the God Tree which should give him another Ten-Tail amp (so another 4 Kurama making it 10 Kurama) which should give him around 1.67 Yottatons of Tnt.
Then he is forced into absorbing the Chakra of everyone on Earth (which should be more than the Ten-Tail's chakra) and becomes Kaguya which should be around 40 more Kuramas (now 50 Kuramas instead of 10) which would put Kaguya at around 8.35 Yottatons of Tnt which is Large Planetary and adult Naruto should somewhat scale to her I guess.

7- ANIME LUFFY : Multi-Continental
Prime Chinjao could casually split an ice continent reputed for its toughness (it couldn't even be scratched by grown men using pickaxes and flamethrowers) and Luffy surpassed him in Dressrosa because :
1- Even though Chinjao is old and crippled his haki wasn't said to be any weaker and it's the same haki that allowed him to bust continents without a scratch yet Luffy punched through it, breaking Chinjao's skull
2- Luffy's King Kong Gun punching through Doflamingo's spear shaped attack and destroying it, despite it being reputed to be indestructible, while KOing him in the process in one single punch coming from above is a clear parallel to Prime Garp's fight with Prime Chinjao as well as Luffy's fight with Old Chinjao in which the winner punches through a spear-shaped attack reputed indestructible to ultimately KO his opponent in one punch. This accomplishement also caused Chinjao to admit that Luffy surpassed him as he chose to follow Luffy and get under his orders while Luffy himself got a bounty very close to Chinjao's (500 million for 542 million).
3- After breaking Chinjao's head Sai was said by Chinjao to be powerful enough to split the ice continent and this same person decided to become a member of the grand fleet under Luffy's orders after recognizing his power.
4- Law could easily cut mountains and yet couldn't even cut the tiniest of Doflamingo's strings (which is corroborated by Zoro and Fujitora's meteor also being unable to damage the birdcage) and could barely even cut through his armament haki. If you factor those two facts to calculate the power that King Kong Gun would require to destroy Doflamingo's web and 16 holy bullets you get that King Kong Gun would be Multi-Continental which is consistent with later feats from 2 other characters comparable to Luffy (in Wano).

9- MELIODAS : Multi-continental
Unsealed Meliodas could destroy a kingdom, let's say it's Country Level, even though he only has a power level of 32,500.
Assault Mode Meliodas has a power level of 142,000 and upon becoming the Demon King Meliodas should have absorbed the power of the 10 Commandments which have a combined power level of 461,000 (we'll take 500,000 since the absorbed commandments are shown to be more powerful than what they add up to when Mael absorbs them) thus giving him a final power level of 642,000 which put make him at about 1.98 Petatons of Tnt which is Continental.
But I'm still going to say that he is Multi-continental because the Demon King, if I'm not mistaking, was stated to be able to destroy the world which should already make Meliodas a surface wiper, and some suggested that the Seven Deadly Sins defeating the Demon King should be regarded as Multi-continental for whatever reason.

Apparently some feat from a game would place him in the Teratons of Tnt (which is the best I've seen for Deku) but the person didn't give its source

If we say that the Colossal Titan destroyed a big cube from the Wall Maria of 10 meters side (even though he only ever broke the door of this wall) and compare its durability to steel we get that 1 Colossal Titan is Multi-City Block Level at 568,500,000,000 J and if we say that Eren can create 7 billion of them at once it would potentially give him a power of 3.98×10²¹ J if they all hit as hard as they can all at once, which would still only be Large Island Level.

Ger rtz is something that resets to 0. 0 is when the opponent has no intentions of fighting. The moment someone thinks about attacking then they are no longer in 0. Rtz would then cancel all the attack not in 0 causing the opponent to reset back to 0. That's what I think but ger had Like 0 screen time so I can't say for sure

Goku is low 4 dimensional from what we have seen. Giorno (GER) with his abilities immediately puts him at 4 dimensional. Even diavolo was operating at a 4 dimensional scale. GER won’t be able to kill goku as it doesn’t have the strength but Goku can’t kill Giorno because he literally can’t touch him, and also GER has to physically kill someone to put them in a death loop. So it will most likely be a stalemate, MAYBEEE, there could still be arguments for GER winning.

Much as it pains me, there is one element of this article that I do have to defend. At no point did the writer claim that they were ranking the 15 most powerful shounen protagonists. What they said is that they picked 15 popular ("iconic") protagonists and then ranked them by power. And that would in itself be fine and truth in advertising if they'd actually managed to rank them by power, and would technically remain so even if they replaced, say, Goku with a weakling like Lelouch or Light, because they didn't even claim to be ranking the most iconic protagonists. And even there they did less terribly than I was expecting; I've definitely seen worse from both ScreenRant and CBR.
Now, let's go down the list and rank these characters more properly, shall we? There is some room for interpretation here, since power can mean either raw power output, or power plus hax, or power plus hax plus defence plus speed, but I'm going with the latter here.
15. Eren
Titans really aren't very fast or strong, and he'd get blitzed by everyone here.
14. Gon
He's skilled, but HXH is a pretty weak 'verse and he's nowhere near the top of the heap.
14/13. Deku
Respectable strength, but very much a slowpoke.
13. Adult Gon
In this amped state he's honestly still not as strong as Deku, but he's several times faster, and that's enough to justify a change in ranking.
12. Mob
No, he doesn't scale to Tatsumaki; there are numerous valid reasons to disregard ONE's statement on the matter. He's also very slow, slower than Deku and maybe even Gon, and that limits how much he can actually accomplish with his power and hax.
11. Yusuke
He definitely has enough raw power to reach the top 6, but relative to his raw power he's more of a slowpoke than Mob, and from here on out hax capable of getting past his durability is common.
10. Kenshiro
Weaker than Yusuke, but about as fast, and his power nullification and intangibility hax are terrifying force multipliers.
9. Maka
Only about as powerful as Mob, but hundreds of times faster than anyone we've discussed so far, and her ability to cut spirits also nullifies a lot of the hax of those below her.
8. Meliodas
No, Arthur did not possess anything resembling the full power of Chaos. Meliodas is only about as strong as Kenshiro, and while he's not as fast as Maka his clones make up for it.
7. Natsu
About as strong as Yusuke and our first faster than light character. Also pretty decent hax.
6. Luffy
Luffy is faster than Maka and is only slightly weaker than Yusuke. If that were everything he'd get stomped by Natsu, but Haki is several kinds of BS that's just enough to close the gap and let him beat Natsu.
5. Saitama
Technically Natsu has better feats than Saitama, but we do have some statements that raise him to a level he can't compete with (he's our first planet buster), and Saitama's powers also happen to at least partially counter Haki.
4. Ichigo
Another faster than light planet buster. But he got several amps since he reached that level and has a decent amount of soul hax (notably invisibility). But no, he does not scale to Yhwach.
3. Naruto
Even disregarding Boruto he's still large star level, and while he's technically slower than light, his clones more than make up for it. Kurama's emotion sense also lets him counter Ichigo's invisibility. In Boruto he's practically at his end of series level even while not able to use chakra, to say nothing of Baryon Mode.
2. Goku
Goku's power is confirmed finite. Shaking the infinite void runs into several issues with unreliable narrators, and the immediately following power-ups proved those statements were hyperbole. And also, even the originator/popularizer of dimensional scaling BS, VS Battle Wiki, has largely abandoned that system after years of criticism about how the math just doesn't work. The ability to act on a higher-dimensional level is useful and often relevant to a fight, but it's more of a tiebreaker hax than anything that's usually defining for a character. But just because he's finite doesn't mean he doesn't solo the 13 'verses below him. Also, Xenoverse/CC/Heroes Goku is a different beast entirely where infinite power has in fact been reached.
1. Giorno
Gold Experience Requiem's Stand Stats are all N/A. In a context where infinite speed, power, range, and other Stand Stats are explicitly a thing. Even the Omni-King would at best stalemate, and considering how much trouble he had seeing faster fighters, I wouldn't bet on it. And JJBA has its own higher-dimensional BS, which really starts to come to the fore in Part 7.

Dang, this article was ridiculous when it came to scaling. And yeah, Asta should've been in there. And from what I've heard, Shinra should be too. But with the what characters are here, this is my comment.
- I agree that Deku could potentially be on the top 10, but he's not even close to Natsu and Yusuke should be above him. 100 Year Quest Natsu is just way too strong right now, and idk much about Yusuke, but I saw Hiei in Death Battle and Yusuke was mentioned in the rundown (I don't agree that he won that Death Battle though) and there statements saying that Yusuke could fight demons that could destroy the world. Deku's power is only Large Island and potentially Small Country Level (smallest country level. And that's barely and probably just a highball), thanks to scaling higher than All Might. That's not strong enough to take on either of them.
- Eren's not stronger than Gon. He could probably meet up with him in power with the Founding Titan, but Gon's Speed and Adult Form would destroy him.
- Luffy should be up above Deku in this list. Luffy in the Manga is stronger than Deku in the Manga, even with that Danger Sense and Fa Jin quirk. And if Asta were on this list, he'd be in between them.
- Natsu VS Meliodas... from what I know, I actually think Natsu wins. But at the same time I don't know too much about Chaos or a lot of other things that 7DS has to offer, but Full Counter won't do too much to Natsu because he's resistant to Fire and immune to his own. But Chaos and Demon King Meliodas should be able to land decent hits on him. Thing is, from what I heard of Chaos, Natsu's dealt with before. But remember, idk much about 7DS.
- AAAAYYYYYYEEEEE LET'S GO, BLEACH IS COMING BACK AND THE ANIMATION IS WAY BETTER (cough cough) uh I mean I'm glad he's in the top 5. I do think him and Naruto should at least be back to back, who ever wins. I personally think Naruto wins, but it'll be a close fight. Ichigo beat Aizen and Ywach (not gonna go too much into Ywach, for spoiler reasons, but he's powerful), while Naruto before the end of Shippuden beat Madara and Kaguya (and Baryon Mode held off against someone stronger than Kaguya, Isshiki). If you ask me, they're both Multi-Large Planet level... well Naruto was until he lost Kurama. Without Kurama, he doesn't stand much chance. Ichigo's destroying Naruto without Kurama. But idk, I've been hearing theories about how Kurama may be reborn somehow, but until then, Ichigo should win. But if we're giving Naruto Kurama, then they're even.
- let's be real, Goku's giving Saitama his #3 spot and taking Giorno's #1 spot. Idk much about Jojo's bizarre adventure, but from what I hear, Goku's destroying him. And I know that Saitama's not doing much to Goku. Goku's shown to be strong enough to shake the Null Realm when he transformed into Ultra Instinct for the first time and the Null Realm is literally infinite in size, and his base form is now 9x universal thanks to his base being stronger than SSG back in the day. He's blowing over everyone here, imo.

Kenshiro can essentially one shot any human character from anime if he touches them once. Hokuto Shinken is a very strong fighting style, not too mention he has an Ultra Instinct like ability, mastery over the brother style of Hokuto Shinken. The fact that he is below Gon, Deku and so many other human characters upsets me a bit. One touch on most of human anime characters one shots or even causes their bodies to move on Kenshiros demand. I'm upset...
Before you read this their are manga spoilers.
1. Akuto Sai
Casted aside his earthly form, leaving a void body that was take into Keena by the Contract of the One, which allowed him to be freed from his story role as the Demon King and become part of the Anti-Universe, the place where all stories end, which would put it above the totatility of fiction.
2. Battler Ushiromiya
Manifested in the City of Books, one of the highest realm in the World of Witches, above the majority of the infinite layers of existence leading to the Creator Domain, containing countless books and stories, a single one of which could record all of Umineko, with the lives of individual characters taking up little more than a single line. The world of his territory eventually came to encompass the City of Books as well, allowing him to fight against Bernkastel and completely overpower her to the point she was forced to abuse the rules of the gameboard to defeat him, making her "writhe in anguish" with a punch and vomit blood with a kick.
3. Sinbad |Guardian of the Sacred Palace|
Can swap the rank of higher Gods or steal their powers. Sinbad and David used the system multiple times to switch up the hierarchy of Gods. Enough said.
4. Yogiri Takatou
Represents the End of all existence, nonexistence and phenomena, standing beyond the conceptual hierarchy of heavenly records/The Sea and the endless hierarchy of higher-level continuums that resides beyond The Sea, where lower-dimensional spaces are embedded within higher-dimensional ones. Its mere presence was enough to completely erase UEG.
5. Anos Voldigoad (True Power)
Anos constantly suppresses his destructive power by offsetting his own power with his own power, and normally controls only the barely remaining power after that, all to prevent the universe from being destroyed by his mere presence. It is implied that Anos' true destructive power is on par with . Anos is a near-perfect Lion of Destruction which means he is capable of destroying the Silver Sea.
6. Sailor Moon (Lambda Form)
Destroyed Chaos, reducing it to being "infinitesimally small" within the Galaxy Cauldron, merely as an after effect of releasing the Lambda Power. Can restore everything in the cosmos, which includes the universe and space-time corridor that exists outside of the space-time continuum
7. Goku (MUI)
Fought Jiren at full power even after Jiren broke his limits, and managed to defeat him after becoming enraged. Enough said.
8. Reimu Hakurei
Marisa can only barely keep up with her through constant training even though Reimu is lazy and rarely practices, and according to Marisa, she can one-shot almost any youkai with Fantasy Seal. She, alongside Yukari in the Barrier Team's extra scenario in Imperishable Night, inflicted so much pain onto Mokou to where she couldn't fight anymore despite her immortality.
9. Accelerator (Platinum Wings)
A more powerful version of his white wings, Accelerator first used these wings during the fight against Coronzon. The wings are achieved thanks to the connection to the metaphysical Clonoth, a tree very similar to the Sephiroth that is more conceptual than physical, such a connection is achieved trough the linking of Qliphah Puzzle 545, himself and the Will of the Misaka Network. The wings are similar to those of Aiwass, and are supposed to be a combination of both magic and scientific knowledge, not much has been shown until now, but we can safely assume they at least have the same property of the white wings, as well as giving him access to soul/law manipulation, the capability of performing Holistic phenomenon, and an instinctive understating of magical and conceptual vectors for now. The same 'unknown energy' used in his previous winged forms can now be converted into spears-like shapes that are able to nullify magical phenomenon through its inflicted damage. Noteworthy that even in this form casting a spell process still kicks in the recoil damage common for espers, but the increased durability that comes with it generally makes up for that drawback instead.

Broke the Loop of Binding around his head, which even his 250000x Jeahbongchim Acupuncture and Mori Hui Power could not do. One-shot Phase 3 Satan and forced him back into his Base Form.
12. Adam (RoR)
Capable of casually dodging attacks from Zeus. His fist surpassed time itself and was able to react and move in a timeframe of already "0.00000000000000000000 seconds" before the rest could be seen. Capable of keeping up with Adamas Zeus whose attacks were described as unavoidable. Adams fist later surpassed time itself and was able to move in a timeframe of "0.00000000000000000000 seconds" before the rest could be seen.
13. Ichigo Kurosaki (TYBW Arc)
Before he entered his Bankai and merged state, he cut down the Weakened Soul King, capable of cutting through a casual Soul King Yhwach's darkness, is one of three people alive capable of defeating Hikone's full power, making him among the strongest in the entire verse, and was even fit to replace the Soul King. Ichigo killed Soul King Yhwach with a Getsuga Tenshou and again with the Zangetsu that appears from within as Yhwach's power was coming back to him. The Gran Rey Cero Getsuga Tenshou pierces Soul King Yhwach's defenses and forced Yhwach to open his Almighty eyes. Soul King Yhwach feared Ichigo's Bankai enough to go out of his way not to fight it, instead destroying it with his Almighty. It was all she wrote after he used his bankai with Gran Rey Cero Getsuga Tenshou.
14. Naruto Uzumaki (Baryon Mode)
Fought and overpowered Isshiki Ōtsutsuki in their fight before he gradually grew weaker.
15. Saitama
Casually overpowered Orochi's Gaia Cannon, overpowered Boros' Collapsing Star Roaring Cannon attack while holding back significantly.

GER deserved the number one spot. RTZ is a passive ability, and literally nothing other than a god level threat with abilities that specify to overwrite overwrites for example heaven ascended dio (who isn’t canon) can bypass this. Hakai isn’t on the level of bypassing this either since it’s an eraser attack. Nothing gets through GER’s infinite defense unless it’s on a completely different scale of reality to the point where their ability is a larger infinity than RTZ produces. If you take your chances and your ability isn’t up to the standard you’re doomed, GER will automatically make contact and put you into infinite deaths without even killing you (or at least that is how it is perceived based on what we have seen). Even the Omni-king can’t lay a finger on Giorno.
