It has 30k of roof, 7 of balcony, 4k of bathrooms, a refitted kitchen, 2 new stuffa heaters, 2 beautiful apartments, loads of land with mature fruit trees and truffle rights…and a mini tractor. It’s not cheap, ie €40k, because it doesn’t need €100k spending on it. But hey, it’s your money!!
