I had the check injection fault - upstream of turbine pressure implausible signal - I followed your process to clear using a drill and guitar wire. You make it look so easy doing it one handed whilst you hold the camera - but I worked through it - cleared the blockage and all good. Vivaro biturbo on 108k which has been great up to this fault. Great stuff and thanks.
Hi Jimmy, great vids. They've been a great help. If you get chance could you add in TEMP. UPSTREAM OF PARTICLE FILTER please (Ideally on a single turbo version when DPF is above subframe). Possibly coolant temperature too if you can. I'd like to be able to compare temperatures to what you're seeing. Thanks
Hi, thank you tor yours videos, may be you know why ecu can show diff sensor 2.25 on VW even when sensor dismounted, sensor is ok, was tested with pressure gun, but ecu shows constant difference pressure whatever i do...
Hi Jimmy, what is your opinion on the Vivaro, taking everything into account, I am thinking of buying one, also Jimmy, how do you view dpf delete programs? Thanks so much buddy. Paul from Widnes.
Hi Jimmy is it worth having the dpf cleaned on a regular intervals I have a Toyota proace no problems as yet but I'm presuming it's coming at some point 51k on the clock. Thanks for the vids👍🏻🏴
Hey Jimmy, do you maybe have some advice for my Trafic? It keeps doing Regens every 30-60 miles. No fault codes on the Ecu, Glowplugs are fine, Exhaust pressure sensor isnt blocked, diff pressure hoses also not blocked, and I didn't find any other obvious errors either. Also no soot at the end of the exhaust. When I drive the van it builds up soot until 17-18g and then it starts a regen. after the Regen is the filter still has 8-12g of soot in it. 30-60 miles later its back at 17g. I have already had removed the DPF and cleaned once. Back fitted the soot went down to 0g after the regens but 2 weeks later its back to the old specs. 8-12g after regen. and this is happening for like 4 months now if i remember right. Any ideas? 😅
@@MaxMoment2023 Well that also was my first thought so I took it to a dpf cleaner. The "old" ash was flushed out. After the clean I had 2-3mbar at idle and 25mbar at 3000rpm. like a new filter. But 2 weeks later it was like before. So I think ash wasnt the problem in the first place.
Is there something inherently wrong with these engines / emissions parts or are people not servicing their vehicles properly? Surely this can't be right!

I never tire of the traffic vids mate, cheers 🍻

Dzień dobry. Obserwuje Pana kanał od roku , jestem pod wrażeniem Pańskiej wiedzy , umiejętności i pracy w takich warunkach . Pozdrawiam z Polski.😊
I think you need a work tent to work under the rain ;)
Nice job
Hi Jimmy...You wouldn't have a franchise in the West Midlands you could recommend?.
Great videos by the way.
wouldn't wanna be working in that weather think you need an awning mate
Yeah, or one of those quick-fold-out-gazebo tents
Hi
Your channel is really useful. I have a request from you, please put the tutorial to open Dieselpartikelfilter completely.
Thanks

Hello! Is it better to clean the engine when it is cold or hot?

Assume that’s a twin turbo because it has stop start. Is it just the twin turbos have the DPF down low in that position?
Thanks for share 👍, I wish I could buy some launch dpf cleaners in Iceland 🙁
No amazon or eBay
@thehouseholder5468 they don't ship these product to Iceland, I have checked
Become a reseller for your area?
That Milwaukee won't be working tomorrow 😂

Hey Jimmy what type of milage does be on these vans before they go tits up ???
60k. Usually after 120k the dpf is beyond repair

👍
Hey mate, what scanner did you use for this repair?
A launch euro tab 3
@thehouseholder5468 definitely not euro tab 3
Think this was the Launch Pro3 from
kingbolentool.com/?ref=iq39r3l2
After watching all your videos on euro 6 the only solution is total delete of the egr and dpf you agree but cant say it it
👍👍👍👍

Would love to know the answer to this as I got exact same issue on same van
Is the dpf full of ash? Regens get closer once the dpf gets full of ash
Have you checked for air leaks after the Maf?

@@davidoff59 Yes. no leaks
