For the headlights the cheapest fix I’ve seen is if you take a little bit of Subaru ATF fluid on a clean rag it takes all the yellow off the headlights. That is if you don’t get new headlights lol
I know you are picky and have like ocd and perfectionism preferred when building a car. But yes even this is a budget car built I do enjoy seeing these. And this also gets more people into this or feel it's doable to have a budget to built a car how they prefer. Plenty of others do expensive car builds with exotics or high priced American, Euro and even JDM cars. This category of car is stuff you see way to less off. Even though they are also not super cheap. At least here in The Netherlands due to inflation etc they have some value still. So yeah love seeing these. Open the eyes for people it doesn't have to be all fancy etc. Just fun cars which are like iconic cars in a way too. Especially done right even for a budget built by the hands off you, hopefully stops people from going to more cheap way and get parts on who are done for in a year or 2. And then tons of work and money to exchange them again.

I would love to own that car as a everyday driver. That car has had an amazing up lift and looks great for a budget. We all know that you don't build cars like that and that you are very picky on building cars. I figures it would be hard for you to do a budget build cause of all the little things will bother you and not enough HP
a tyre machine without the extra arms are fine for a personal shop but at a actual tyre workshop they ae very needed only just for how many tyres you need to do all the time
For wheels it’s not really about the price, it’s about safety in my opinion. Gram lights are one of if not the strongest cast wheels in the world which is why drifters use them all the time. Hell some people say they’re even stronger than the TEs(debatable but I’ve seen formula drift drivers wreck and their gram lights be fine, and I’ve seen the same ones ruin TEs wheel tapping another wheel).
Why not sell a limited edition shirts on pre order just like what adam lz did to support your build and throw the sales generate from those shirt to that freebie build for you to have the budget.The build turns out good but you know that it had imperfections.😊
Do you put anti-seaze on a new set of coilovers to prevent them from locking up? Having it seize up would really suck when you got new tires and wanted to readjust the height.
True, just like daily commuting, potholes, burn outs, being lowered, drifting, road debris, over or under inflation. It would take the silicone in the tire gel longer to deteriorate the rubber than normal or basic driving and then you’d need new tires before that’d be a real concern
Well if you don't like doing a cheaper budget build then go for more of a mid budget build where you can afford a few oem new parts just not fully go all out

You can get stuck collar rings to loosen with an air hammer if you can't get them loosened with the coilover tool.
Was not mentioned but try soaking overnight the coilover in either Pb blaster. ATF fluid or for a quick non overnight method crc freeze off

Put a container of ozium in the car for a few days and the smell with be gone. Either that or put an ozone generator in the car for an hour or two. 🙂

Cerakote tire coat is ok… I’d rather use meguiars tire gel. If you want just clean tire look sure but most people want it to shine
