    Thank you, Brent! 🥰💚💚💚
I had a strong activation the other day with some mystical stories which I won't get into but during a meditation, Mahavatar Babaji appeared. Now I didn't know who he was. I know of his face and know that he's a yogi but didn’t know his name or story. I was like "oh that's that yogi guy (lol), I wondered why he appeared, that's random." Of course, I researched him afterward. But simultaneously while watching your videos, I've decided to watch Ryan Kurczak's videos who is a Vedic Astrologer and a Kriya Yoga teacher. I just sent Ryan a long-winded email. lol Since you spoke about connecting with ascended masters in this video, can you do a video on that? I will be attending your free talks on Mondays. But if you have any insight, this is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much, Brent!!

Thanks for sharing about your awakening journey. Some interesting experiences for sure. I have a brief segment from one of the Q&A meetings coming out regarding encountering ascended masters.
You might like this interview with Dr. Yvonne Kason. She had an encounter with Mahavatar Babaji as well. She is brilliant.

Ive just found your channel and am really loving it so far I just feel like you should be careful with telling people they HAVE to meditate. Im not sure what exactly you definition of meditation is but for many people with awakened kundalini meditation is not what they need because it will just bring up more energy My kundalini awoke about 3.5 years agi and onky in the past fewweeks have I been able to meditate a littlebit again. Especially in the beginning the kriyas were so strong that I couldn't sit still for a second. So unless you think moving with the kriyas is also meditation I would advise anyoneto feel for themselves whether meditating is good for thrm at this time or not

Thanks for sharing your insight. Within this context, I define meditation as the willingness to think, feel, or experience whatever may arise within our system. This includes kriyas, energy coming up, emotions, thoughts, etc. Sitting still in quietude is not the aim. Kundalini phenomena is not a problem. These are not symptoms of an illness. They're signs of a transformation.
As long as we have a safe place in which we won't hurt another or ourselves, we sit and allow the process to unfold. It is not much different than Gautama sitting under the bodhi tree, with the commitment to not get up until he attains enlightenment, regardless of what arose. He had a difficult time too, with demons coming to challenge him. This path is the same path as that of Gautama, Jesus on the Cross, and any other master that went through a challenging time with courage and the willingness to experience anything that may arise.
This is the same path that the caterpillar takes to become a butterfly. Shying away from the experience is not the way. Having courage is.
With that said, I do understand your sentiment. There is no rush, if we are not ready to sit with courage, it's okay. Eventually, we will have to though.
I responded at length not only for you, but for anyone else who might come along to read.
Thank you for stopping by. I appreciate your attention!

@@brentspirit Thank you for your response. It clarifies a lot. If that is your definition of meditation I 100% agree and that is what I did in the last 3.5 years (or at least tried to as much as possible).

You're welcome. Thanks for the discussion. Meditation is a very broad term and it looks different for depending on so many factors.

I awakened my kundalini with khechari mudra and lots of tratak
    And mula bandha
I threw myself into it and now i cant get out of it sometimes i even feel like this is too much i must give up but i see the only way to give it up is by dying
Theres pulsation in mid of my eyebrows and on my crown like as if there are hundreds of ants crawling and i keep hearing these buzzing sounds in my ears like a tinnitus which doesnot let me sleep at all
And i see colors in light and while closing eyes blue being the most intense green and yellow
My head is heavy all the time
I don't know if its actually transforming me or frying up my neurons
Its getting intense day by day
feels like i m going to die
    I ve tried everything
Could u please help me in any way?🙏
