One of the fastest ways to catch tax evadersis is to have a cap on cash transactions, eg., Rs. 1,000. Then, have denominations for 1,000 and below. Void all other notes and coins. Make all transactions over Rs. 1,000 to happen by electronic method, eg. smart phone.
