Great! Got one a few years ago for instructing and can't endorse them enough! Between small wiffles and pinto bean tosses..my hitters have increased abilities that far surpass others they play with!

@@oscaraguilar5907 1/2 to 3/4 inch dowels are the best for bats - its not an arm isolation drill but an eye drill for me
