I'm very excited for this! The only place I've been in Colorado is the Denver Airport for a layover. With Coore and Crenshaw designing one of the courses I think that course is going to be so beautiful. I'm curious to find out if these two courses will be in the top 100 public courses in the U.S. somewhere in 2026.
I dont know for certain, but based on how Dream Golf usually operates, I'd be very surprised if there were residential plans outside of resort hotel style lodging. I'd guess this will basically be the Bandon Dunes model in a different locale.
They may hit some resistance regarding irrigation for this ambitious project. I'm guessing they will overcome such issues, but this is not the Oregon coast where there is an abundance of water.
I live in CO not too far from there and was absolutely FLOORED to hear this news. Trust the process!
Same here! Just mapped it 40 min can’t wait! Cheers

Do you know if there are any plans for residential or commercial development given the course is in the middle of nowhere?

Well, this is perfect for a golf course as the only water they consistently receive out there is golf ball sized hail. 🤣
Firm and fast!
Do your homework. Chris is his son too, not his brother!
How much water and where’s it coming from?? Keiser uses up how much water every year??? Do we need all these golf courses
