The ai isn't building it. It is part of the map from the beginning. All of the superweapons are available to use engineers to obtain on this specific map.

22:11 го челенж только пехота+(инженеры, собаки или зенитчики), танки=(зенитки) и дирижабли стандартные! Условие по одному типу! Собак и инженеров можно использовать по умолчанию.😂🎉🎉

30:20 можно такие челенжи: условие все юниты стандартные, например наземными без воздушных и водных на водной карте островов! И наоборот водными на земной, на большом острове, аналогично воздушными юнитами!
