- This is round 3 of the 2007 Amp'd Mobile AMA Supercross Championship, and round 5 of the 2006/2007 Amp'd Mobile World Supercross GP from Angel Stadium in Anaheim, CA.
Returning contenders like 2004 champ Chad Reed, defending World Supercross champ James Stewart, Travis Preston, Nick Wey, Ivan Tedesco, Michael Byrne, Tim Ferry, David Vuillemin, Nathan Ramsey, Grant Langston, Kevin Windham, and defending champ Ricky Carmichael battle it out for the 2007 Amp'd Mobile AMA Supercross and 2006/2007 Amp'd Mobile World Supercross GP Championships. This is Ricky Carmichael's part-time season, and is dominated by James Stewart. Ricky Carmichael makes his first appearance in the booth with Ralph Sheheen and Jeff Emig.

why was ricky commentating when he was racing the week before? bummer :/
tymotoboy53 My theory is that he's a former racer, and I think he worked out a deal with CBS and SPEED for him to be in the booth commentating with Ralph Sheheen and Jeff Emig.
haha no not exactly what I meant. I was meaning why didn't ricky just race the whole season cause it would've actually been a close battle for another championship like I just don't get it lol

tymotoboy53 Carmichael had said that 2006 would be his last full season after 10 years of racing. He was feeling burned out and didn't want to go through more training routines and everything all over again.

I recorded this on a blank DVD and used an either EP or SLP speed where the quality's not as good as others (but I can save up to 8 hours of races on the discs).
