The depth of field makes the video look nice. I recently decided against just getting the red/clear LED "eBay specials" in favor of just using LED bulbs. I recently had an "epiphany" where I realized that the awkward modernized look just doesn't work on a car with 90's curves. I think it looks good how the LED's illuminate their whole sector, you know make a "perfect rectangle" when they light up and it's even across the board. I'm all retrofit and no eBay now haha.
I really like the brightness but I wish the lights were diffused a little so you couldn't see the bright LED bulb in the center of lights. Looks Good either way!
the part number for the flasher if your car has leds use (EP-34L) this is a NAPA part number. if your car doesn't have led lights use a (EP-34) the flasher is the part that makes the bulbs blink, with led bulbs since the resistance is so low the thermal flasher cant operate correctly. so u either need a in-line load resister, or a electronic flasher thats made for LED bulbs. I work at napa and sell these all the time for people who install LEDs. hope this helps
@pigpit11 the spoiler is just an "M3 style spoiler", i got them locally where I live but you can get them from ebay or, usually, anywhere that sells spoilers, lips, etc.
@DriftEJ20 | thanks - i also love the look of how the LEDs light up the whole "sector", as you call it. some people have recommended that i go the "proper" (although not to me) route and go with what you've looked at, but i absolutely hate the look of individual LEDs being visible. you should post up vids of yours as well -- i don't see a lot of cars out there with proper (according to us, hah) LED set ups, or a lot of people talking about it in general.
@trialchild i have a question about the relay you used.. was it the cf14 or cf13 led flasher relay? they look similar. and ive researched briefly and only came up with a toyota camry thread on this .. no search results on honda-tech...
Did you have to do anything for the brake light bulbs? I've bought about 10 LED brake light bulbs through ebay and cant seem to get them to work properly on any of my cars/bulb holders!
@chrstphr25 thanks, but it isn't really much. everything is essentially a stock b7 with the "normal" i/h/e mods. the engine is too "new" (only about 130k miles) so i don't want to replace it until i run it into the ground. not a drag car, it's just a dd that i try to keep looking clean.
looks awesome. i have a 2dr. where can i find these LED bulbs for all signals and the tail lights? makes the car look a whole lot cleaner. and what kind of alarm is that? sounds like a stock toyota alarm, clean tho.
Hey love the led lights I'm wanting to do them my self but nothing is working I got the electronic flasher installed it and nothing works now any help would be great I also own a eg sedan
Looks fantastic! Also, Rosewood Brown represent! Let me guess... It's a 1992 EG8 LX, right? I've got the same car, but not quite as clean as yours. Mine has the factory option spoiler, but that lip one you've got looks really cool too. After seeing this, I'm going LED for sure!
Hello, nice mod (upgrade)! Can you tell camera name, nice image! the blinking and stop break light are same size 1156? like you told: amber 1156 led? Thank for the video!
@muaMoney i just got my bulbs off ebay -- there isn't anywhere local where I live that carried these. just look up what bulbs you need and search ebay for them. for example, all my amber bulbs are size 1156, so i just looked up "amber 1156 led"
@djgeohessa depending on your vehicle, you either can get an electronic relay or you'll have to use in-line fuses. i was able to just replace the flasher relay with an electronic one.
Always loved how LEDs looks on stock tail lights. Off to do research!

CLEAN CAR
What alarm do you have?
How did you make it chirp/sound like that?

Where did u get that little spoiler thingy thats on yur trunk???? And wats the name

Can you tell us more? How to insta the resistors? I don't like hyper blinking signals
Hey love the led lights I'm wanting to do them my self but nothing is working I got the electronic flasher installed it and nothing works now any help would be great I also own a eg sedan
dope color 👍

Did you replaced the brake lights as well? Or are they normal halogen ones ? Can’t tell the difference though .
Brake lights are led as well as reverse lights. None of them have the fade in or fade out you see in halogens when the lights come on or go off.
Hello, nice mod (upgrade)!
Can you tell camera name, nice image!
the blinking and stop break light are same size 1156? like you told: amber 1156 led?
Thank for the video!
You didn't put a resistor in the turn signal bulbs?
I noticed they brake lights have an orange hue, did you buy the white bulbs or the red led bulbs?
hey sounds like a stock toyota alram!! what is the name of the alarm u have? looking to buy one that sounds like that!!!!!!!
question: how are you signal flashing normally? once i changed to LEDs they are flashing so rapid! i know its the relay but what did u do in yours?
Nice LED. one question. whered you get the spoiler and how much?
what exact leds did you use the bulb style or smd.. which is brighter n better quality.. i would assume smd ? help!
wat camera do you used ? its all clear
@muaMoney i just got my bulbs off ebay -- there isn't anywhere local where I live that carried these. just look up what bulbs you need and search ebay for them. for example, all my amber bulbs are size 1156, so i just looked up "amber 1156 led"
Your stock bulbs were brighter.
what led flasher module did you use for your turn signals?
@djgeohessa depending on your vehicle, you either can get an electronic relay or you'll have to use in-line fuses. i was able to just replace the flasher relay with an electronic one.
What relay model did you use?
awesome video, what type of LED bulbs are they, a link would be perfect!
- and the quality from that d300 is crazyyy!
cool add. did you just change bulbs? no more is needed?
and... do you see them brighter? same bright o less bright than stock?
You will need to swap out the relay under the dash so you don't hyper
flash. but some car's, you will need to splice in a resister.
You sure you put LEDs in? Looks the same
looks great, hey can you get me links to ebay to see what kind of bulbs you got?
Hey what type of alarm do u have???
4 door gang
where did you get the trunk lip from?
Shit nice bro
How many inches did you drop your car?
what camera are you using
bay15d???
I think it has to do with the recording, I often see LED lights on cars flashing during recordings
yo what camers do you use bro?
where you bought it ?
@chrstphr25 also, just replaced the front signals to LED as well, so all my bulbs are now LED with the exception of standard yellow headlights.
i want you camera!!
Nice camera lol
