Why on earth would you be proud that distant ancestors of yours fought on the wrong side of a dynastic battle? What's to be proud of? my jacobite ancestors were exiled to the states with nothing but the clothes on their backs, and on my father's side they were exiled for being Presbyterian, and the rest of my ancestry is from England mostly from my fathers side, my great grandmother's family on my father's father's side is scot however
