What a professional advertisement! Odoo just earned a new customer
It's rare for software companies especially open source companies to have alot of video documentation. I am impressed with odoo's online TH-cam channel there's alot here to help. Usually open source projects don't know how to help people use the software and it's left to the developers like me to figure it all out.
Congrats for whoever made this video! Whatever they're getting paid they should get paid more!

Yes I agree excellent presentation. Though I might suggest a few changes. People nowadays don't like to read as much and the text shows up a little small when viewed on mobile device. But I love the presentation set against classical music. Well done. I think we can do better at explaining what odoo does and who it's useful for.

Every disrupting software coming as an open source, will sooner or later becomes game changer. SAP may get a run for its money
As a Sysadmin I don't do closed source anymore if I can help it. As a company, we have much more impact than a single customer so I take it as our responsibility (given no apparent drawbacks) to support open source and repairability as much as possible. It even reflects positively on the company's image.

I am familiar with SAP. Many companies use it it is a system that requires lots of time and investment to implement. You are right Offering ERP functionality to a small business is indeed a game changer. Most small business never had the opportunity to even explore such options. I am excited to learn more about odoo.

how is it open source when there's a use fee? I'm confused
You must not know how open source works. You can download and host every single app for free, if you visit their site you'll see that. There's a fee if you want them to host the service for you.
There's a community version and a paid enterprise version.
