Back about 12-15 years ago a jet flew over Belleville nj and over my area but I was in my room near the window and didn't know it was coming til it went over and created my 1st ever witnessed sonic boom . The entire house was vibrated and my windows that were not glass luckily were going rumble loud and my windows were closed and I heard that as if it just skimmed my roof. My neighbor above me must have got a better shake man. We rarely see them here but it's a beautiful sight when we do . Now I didn't see the plane but commercial and private planes don't fly that low or fast . Dude must have been moving. We usually see Black Hawks occasionally like about year ago or less a soldier died and they honored him at his funeral I think was on Newark cuz they had over 15 Blackhawks hovering over the cherry blossoms park around noon it was cool and occasionally we get to see the tilt rotor heli,s flying in formation the osprey :)

My local Air National Guard has a few F35's and they also have F15's and the F35's are much louder...
