You can put flaxseed meal into yogurt (it adds a nutty taste) to greatly increase the fiber content. I usually do 2/3 cup whole milk yogurt (1/3 cup sweetened and 1/3 cup plain), with 1/4 cup blackberries, 1/4 cup raspberries, and 1/2 cup blueberries. 2 tbsp flax meal and 2 tbsp chia seeds. I always eat this before workouts. Its literally my favorite thing right now.
In france those buckwheat crepes are called Galettes. And the recipe you found is wild 😅 I can imagine that it could work much better if you search Galette instead 🙌

Flaxseed is a good source of omega 3 fatty acids. Hopefully you can try other recipes with the leftover ingredients. Coconut milk is good in lattes or used to make creamy curries or soup, sauce. The thick part of the coconut milk can be used as a substitute for cream in recipes.
Flaxseed is actually a great extra source of fibre, you can put it on yoghurt, in smoothies or cereal, in pancakes, most cold Brekky foods really ☺️☺️☝️

the fear on the treadmill is so real! I once tripped while running on the treadmill at college and got dragged for a solid 5 seconds, truly terrifying, but at least I had Taylor singing to me in my airpods T^T
disclaimer - I am not a doctor or a personal trainer. Just a regular gal. But i did get addicted to the treadmill, and had really bad disordered eating. I pretty much tried to make up for the large amounts of food I would eat by exercising (also known as exercise bulimia.) Working out right after eating was dangerous in and of itself, for me, but what was really bad was the fact that I would do this consistently, every day, and it was the repetition of my exercise that was what did me in. Eventually, I had a lot of fluid buidlup in my knees, causing extreme pain, so even while resting, my knees would ache as if i had acute arthritis or something. Thankfully after giving myself a rest, and resorting to other types of exercise, this went away over time (thank GOD! I need to move!) but Taylor Swift is doing something really dangerous by running for three hours straight EVERY DAY! Also, while singing? Singing or even talking while exerting so much energy is for sure going to make it way harder. I love your videos, but please stay safe! (another thing to note, is you don't have an incline on your walking pad, which actually helps prevent the enormous strain you're putting on your joints.) Peace and

Flaxseed works well as an egg replacement in baking, also, randomly sprinkling it into your food like a topping can help a lot.
Flaxseed meal is actually great to use in oatmeal, overnight oats, and making homemade protein bars.

1 tablespoon of flax
3 tablespoons of water and let sit for 5 minutes.

Tip if you like the meatballs - make a bunch up and freeze them (cooked or uncooked whichever you prefer) and it is super easy to make up
