Good morning sis. I am not a huge fan of grits, but you sure made this look tasty. I don't think I've ever seen yellow grits here it in the US. It's usually white. This came out really smooth. Sometimes it can be a challenge fighting lumps. Awesome tutorial and great presentation sis. Sandee

I add a teaspoon of evaporated milk, per person, to the yellow grits while cooking. Adds a nice creamy texture.
