Gonna have to see how 1.4 turns out. If we finally get back to the main story and get some serious stuff in 1.4 than 1.5 might be more of a filler patch before getting into the real meat of Obsidian Division committing war crimes and doing whatever other shady stuff lead to half the Defense Force becoming rebels. With the Roaming the Ether and Arpeggio Fault events it is certainly clear they are building toward an Obsidian Division story, and that entire faction of Rebel enemies has yet to be part of any main story stuff. My gut is telling my some sort of side story in 1.5 with the idols being one possibility, and then get into the real serious Obol stuff in 1.6. But we will need a lot more hints dropped foreshadowing the idols in 1.4 for me to believe that. I just don't see them being dropped out of nowhere.

I myself could be a part of that group of people but not in a way that is too much. And there are more percentage of female players in HSR than ZZZ right? So how does Aventurine sell? 80% of Black Swan, 90% of Sparkle, 30% of Achron. You see, MHY uses a whole patch to tell his story and everyone is excited about him but he still sells less than those side female characters.
I've been prefarming since just before this patch. It takes a LONG time. This game isn't as generous with resources. I did spend like 3 days on other characters though. But they were also already 55. I got their core skills, wengines, and artifacts up to speed. Just goes to show how long it takes to build a character in ZZZ.
I feel like everything takes a reasonable amount of time except for skill chips. The amount you need to max a character vs how many we can get a day is laughable.
They really should add Elfy as a playable character. Her design is so cool. She could throw records like frisbees as her weapon. Maybe add her to the virtual idol group so that there would be 4 members and she could be the leader, since they are music based.

What I think is that Hoyoverse is gonna release a new trailer probably at the beginning of 1.4 and it'll show the Idol, Obol and 2 or 3 other factions (not saying it's in that order). So the characters in 1.5 could be a new faction instead Idol or Obol. That's just my thoughts on what's gonna happen after 1.4.

me feels they will only partially be part of 1.5 since 1.4 will likely the main chapter, 1.5 should be another side story so I feel it will be split between idol group introduction and another character then 1.6 can be a full chapter focused on them. and since is just 3 characters it would be odd to do them all in the side story 1.5 and spilling one character into 1.6 when that should be a chapter if the normal release pace continues. But I also think they may all be 1.6 because we could see 1 of them being an A since giving a, A rank character to hook players into a faction will make pulling more enticing because team synegy, it's hard to justify pulling for a new faction if you have nothing in that faction since you have to kinda hope they sync with existing characters you use.

It is harder for zzz to get goty under mobile category, more likely under PC or console (PS5). Unless lots of players play it under tablet, otherwise mobile phone is very hard unless it is meant for Huawei triple fold mobile phone (an excuse to purchase it for zzz playstyle) meaning only whales will help zzz getting it goty under mobile.
Those idols so far i don't like their design or faction, the only way I'll pull for any of them is if some of them become powerful meta characters that are a must 😂

Idol groups might be my most anticipated characters yet because if idols can be playable characters, in a game like ZZZ where the world is more tamer then the other hoyoverse games, other corporations and worker groups can be playable like Belobog Industries which (I can’t really explain why) makes hype.
Doesn't the one who controls Snap say, that they are physically weak/sick and are using this technology, because they can't participate in social life otherwise? All idols are character we will be able to use in combat though. Of course, this could have been a lie. Also, the only android/ virtual construct of the idols seems to be the pink one... first impression of a hyped character is, that she's too weak to get out of a fight against mid tier enemies....? I must be the only person who doesn't see the appeal in Idol stuff, even IRL idol stuff is cringe af to me, and these "virtual idols" in ZZZ look horrible imho, like they were designed to appeal to 12 year old girls or 40+ year old pdf files. They do. If you drink coffee for a 1up and then do the double drop, you will basically have 6 x "1up"

Idol groups might be my most anticipated characters yet because if idols can be playable characters, in a game like ZZZ where the world is more tamer then the other hoyoverse games, other corporations and worker groups can be playable like Belobog Industries which (I can’t really explain why) makes hype.
Doesn't the one who controls Snap say, that they are physically weak/sick and are using this technology, because they can't participate in social life otherwise? All idols are character we will be able to use in combat though. Of course, this could have been a lie. Also, the only android/ virtual construct of the idols seems to be the pink one... first impression of a hyped character is, that she's too weak to get out of a fight against mid tier enemies....? I don't know...

I must be the only person who doesn't see the appeal in Idol stuff, even IRL idol stuff is cringe af to me, and these "virtual idols" in ZZZ look horrible imho, like they were designed to appeal to 12 year old girls or 40+ year old pdf files.
I'm hoping they aren't meta defining, unless there is a universal support character in there (like Caesar) it will be an easy skip for me and saving for someone cooler later on (someone like Miyabi).

The idols seems like a super easy skip to me. Their designs are bland at best, especially the colors used, just ugly as sin.
