If the metric is purely about filling up daze meter then Koleda should be the best but unfortunately she basically has nothing but that. Caesar is so good in the sense that she offers so much more than a textbook stunner whilst also having competitive dazing from the parries. She gives shield, she can invul through everything (which is imo HUGE), she debuffs to make enemy take more damage, AND she boosts not only her own impact but also the teammates' so also being a support. All those together plus I don't believe she is lacking in building daze at all due to the parries there's a reason she is one of the best agent in ZZZ imo and I don't expect her to fall off anytime soon.
Imagine if they had A-rank only boss rushes? I think that could add another layer of fun, since more and more peole are naturally getting s rank characters. Cause i think my M5 nicole is still fun and i like the style of her weapon.
If think about you will realize this will never happen you might as well ask them to increase the rates on 5 stars at least that has a potentional to make them more money but hey maybe I'm being pessimistic and they will make a game mode based around the free characters.

Koleda is probably the Best standard stuner for her, Evelyn like to play around of chain attacks and koleda buff chain attacks damage with her adicional ability, and evelyne been a fire character she can active that ability :b
Lighter actually doesn't have long term synergy with Evelyn based on current beta info. Koleda will be a better overall stunner for her. Lighter will only perform well in single-cycle content. As HP inflation starts to go up and single-cycling becomes more difficult, Evelyn will prefer faster and more frequent stuns, something that Lighter's extended stun duration will inhibit.
As someone who didn't get Zhu Yuan, I don't mind Harumasa being just a electric and male version of her. Why is this framed in such a bad way, Shanaha? haha. Lighter is gonna have to be on a Rerun. I even prefarmed his stuff, but had to decide to save for Miyabi M2. Ugh.
Shanaha definitely hasn't seen any of the Evelyn beta info and we have absolutely no clue about her synergies with both Koleda and Astra. We also don't know that Lighter's extended stun duration has anti-synergy with Evelyn in content that can't be single-cycled, or that Qingyi will be a better M0 stunner for her in content that can be single-cycled assuming no electric resistance. There's just so much that we don't know!
Been running Ellen/Rina/Shou since opening day, I didn’t realize Ellen didn’t like the field she never has had a stunner to play with and done wonderfully
i think the downside is that zhu yuan is normally a burst dps who operates best to just swap in when the enemy is stunned, so having two supports means you aren't going to be dazing as quickly as you do with anby or qingyi for example. However, astra yao adding assists could make playing zhu yuan as an onfield dps more viable, especially with m1 so it could work.
Cause the damage drop off on Zhu yuan from not stunning the enemy is huge, maybe both supports would make it somewhat playable but it won't feel as good, I mean, my Zhu yuan goes from hitting 60/70k on stunned enemies to 20k or less on non stunned enemies
So she needs a stunner, gotcha. I never looked into her because I started playing during Jane's banner and until recent, I had no idea they would be doing reruns (This is my first gotcha game let a lone a Hoyo game, lol.)

You can't get all 3 unless lucky or swipe. I don't think Zhu Yuan upgrade is that necessary. Nicole is so good for her. You should worry about how Caesar works in any team, and the first 5 ⭐ limited support might do the same. Miyabi + Yanagi will be broken. I think it's worth prioritizing. Evelyn probably wants Koleda + Lucy / Astra. But if you like Ben, that's your choice. By the end of Evelyn banner, more drip will come out. You could make a better decision then. Imo, get Miyabi. Throw everything into Astra if she's universal. Save on Evelyn and see the next dripped characters.

Yeah, I feel like between Evelyn, Miyabi, and Jane, we've gotten too many "super fast slicing afterimages everywhere" main damage dealers back to back. Jane and Miyabi are cool, but another one right now just feels like a bit much. I'd rather see some more unique ideas, like Harumasa's hybrid bow/dual blade fighting style.

I think you are over hyping Astra, going by what I have seen she is off feild buffer, which while good for any attacker, Zhu Yuan with her small aoe attacks will still want a grouper and nothing in Astra's kit shown so far will do that.

Astra’s design is very disappointing and her legs are so empty. They should’ve just kept her design in the poster with the cool earrings and necklace. Evelyn looks way better compared to her.

I have no Anomaly characters, I have Soukaku, however Astra Yao and Evelyn are on the horizon and they're looking to be better for my account. Evelyn to replace Soldier 11 and Astra Yao could work in place of Nicole or put into Lucy's spot. Not to mention Miyabi really wants her W-Engine and I don't think I can afford to get that while saving up for Astra Yao and Evelyn. At best I can try and put her into a Quickswap Burst style with Harumasa since she helps provide Anomaly build up.
