I was literally disappointed in class today for not understanding of this calculation but now i'm over the moon, Thank you soooooooooooooooo much sir, well explained and well understood. love u sir...
Your videos saved me sir, it cleared many ambiguous points to me and illustrated a lot of important explanations, so thank you However , some tide videos have a problem with their audio, it is intermittent in some of their parts, but not in all of it.
How could we use the (Mean Spring & Neap Curves) , the solid and pecked curves, attached to the daily tables of the standard ports, for finding the time of given height of water, or the height of given time, in a standard port and in a secondary port. ?!
How do we interpolate between the pecked curve and the solid curve , when using the Mean Spring & Neap curves attached with the daily tables of the standard ports?!
Sir there is one doubt.. If in question nothing is mentioned about the method if solving tide i.e Shm or graph. Please tell how to find out for secondary port
sir what about if the value of seasonal change is negative (-1) how i will reverse sign substract algebraically?? it will be reverse to positive(+) pls answer pls
Sir, is it since at Enewatak Atoll we only had one value for HW & LW time difference so we didn't interpolated, whereas in secondary ports such as Drummore(420) we need to interpolate for time difference aswell?
No Shubhendu, you will not interpolate. Just apply the different pertaining to the time it is given. For example, if there are 2 HW time differences give, the upper one will be for the upper HW time and the lower time will be applied to the lower HW time.

I was confused with my own notes and now saw this video and loved the way of explanation and now I am clear with my questions
Thank you very much.

Good explanation.. cleared my doubts thank you
Thank's Sam!! It's much appreciated
Thank you very much for this video!
Thank u sir before I had doubt in interpolation part now I understood that thank u sir
Great 👍

Can u explain all the method of tide calculations for chief mates phase 1
These videos are magnificent
Thanks a lot sir... be blessed
Very well explained😀

Great, thanks heaps! 👍

I noticed that sometimes a (time difference interpolation) is needed,
Would you kindly illustrate how to solve that?!
Thank you very much.
8:00 Thanks Sam!
Thank You Sir 🙏
Can we do extrapolation by calculator?
Thanku bro🙏

For low water sir after interpolation it's coming -.12......u too has positive sign ...how can u please explain bcoz -.3*.3/.7

thankyou so much sir, but i hve qstion is mhws and mhhwl same?
Super! Thank you!

Hi Mark, the procedure remains same whether its a positive or negative value:)
@@SteeringMariners sir if the seasonal change is negative. i will reverse it to positive and i will add?? is that correct sir??
@@markjoonedyramirez9665 correct 😊 so kind of u...I appreciate it buddy

Thank you Sir for your prompt reply 🙏
There is formula
Height of tide = L.W+(factor×range)
Hot calculate factor
Plz help me

Not so clear in terms of the Interpolation.
