I'm particularly a fan of Lazy Moonkin's cover of Hornet, the accordion is incredible!
I think that is a very good point but I will disagree with you on one point. The “sides” both do terrible things but there are good people, Quirrel, Cloth, Cornifer, Iselda, Ogrim, Elderbug, Even the Knight and Hollow Knight (the Hollow knight has a mind of course and I am of the opinion that The Knight has a mind but you can disagree if you like). Again, I really like your comment because I think it is interesting that of the two most important figures in this game, neither are one of the good guys.

It's obvious in your voice that you're passionate about it and in my opinion it gives the song a lot of soul (not even mentioning all the amazing animators!) I've seen so many hollow knight maps recently, and only since I started watching them, did I realize they had the very best animations. Truly a masterpiece.
HOOOLLLYY CRAAAP THIS WSS PHENOMENONAL!! everyones parts meshed so well together, honeslty i also had to take a whole moment over how mukio drew quirrel (my boy!! Hes so cute!!) But this whole thing is wonderful. The nods to the video for the song itself are so wonderful! I loved seeing all the different ways people drew PK ans Hollow.
i am just....i am just speechless, i cannot make out the right words to describe this work of art. in my time in this fandom i saw such love and faith from everyone in it, making an entire dlc for the game they love, fully voice acting the game, doing the impossible to find that sweet lore, pushing the game mechanics to its limits and now this. the art, the music, the lyrics, the knight claiming the throne at the end, the detail and care for the lore i never saw anything like it before. you all did such great and faithful job i fall in love with this masterpiece and because of it i am now fully aware that the hollow knight fandom is truly worthy of having a game worthy of its is love and care, and hollow knight is that game and lastly i want to say what everyone should say to you and everyone else who worked on this wonderful project : thank you, we hope to see more of you and everyone else who worked on this great video.

There is a lore tablet in the throne room of White Palace. It's written in present tense, but refers to both the beginning and the fall of the Kingdom. It's a Pale King's vision, the prophecy for Hallownest. The last line reads: "Eternity in promise and charge in progeny cursed." As players, we can deduce that, according to this prophecy, Pale King would sacrifice, curse his children in order to keep his promise to his people, that Hallownest would last eternal. But from Pale King's perspective, this last line is much more mysterious. The rest of the prophecy, the first two lines are: "No blazing kin. Only one light shall shine against the dark. / The Wyrm becomes beacon, minds expanded, to yield, to devote." This seems to be a sort of a guide, Pale King's prescience telling him what he must do, what he will do, in order to build an eternal kingdom. If Pale King followed the first two lines of the prophecy to a tee, why wouldn't he follow the third? The wording of it suggests that the price (charge) for fulfilling his destiny would be to have his children cursed (progeny cursed). What I'm getting at is this: it's very possible that Pale King never made the decision to have children, because he believed that, due to some forces beyond his control, they would be cursed. And this is also why, when the end approached, he was willing to sacrifice them to Void. Because, to his understanding of the prophecy, he had to do that in order to save the Kingdom.

Another MAP! Yayyy! i watched it! It supports the song really well, and there was only 1 PK animation that depicts him goofy(the one where he swears to the lady). I'm not saying goofy PK is bad, just like the ones where he is a cold and concentrated(empathic is good too) is better. 7:11 whaaaa!?!?! There is a post credit scene!?!??!!!!!

Another MAP! Yayyy! i watched it! It supports the song really well, and there was only 1 PK animation that depicts him goofy(the one where he swears to the lady). I'm not saying goofy PK is bad, just like the ones where he is a cold and concentrated(empathic is good too) is better. 7:11 whaaaa!?!?! There is a post credit scene!?!??!!!!!
