Thanks for showing us those stretch exercises !! It definitely reminds me on how important those are. And i should take more time doing them. So I have a few thoughts/questions...First off...U have such a passion for what u do!!!..It's easy to see..Ur tone is extremely calming and that smile at the end of ur videos always makes me smile..You're very non judgemental in regards to food and exercise and meet people at their level, which is so appreciated!!So I was wondering how long u've been doing personal training and did u take a nutrition course or are u self taught??? I was also wondering if u miss teaching or training big groups at the gym??And out of curiosity if ur not training for a competition on average how many hrs do u work out a day? I know u rest on Sundays but I was curious.... I love ur channel and u and Laurda are so cute together....Much love from Canada ..Stay Safe!!!🍁 ❤

I wasn’t always this flexible. I was always real tight and would always pull my back in training. Since being more mobile I’ve been much healthier!
