This is a really happy and up beat tune, but what does Tondollari mean?

the song basically just meaning happy dancing and it was sung in like meetings to find a partner but later on they used the song in demonstration's against the Japanese Colonial rule and therefore this folksong got an anticolinalist Revolutionary flair
