And everyone said the 5 day lay off was a disadvantage to the top seeds. That is not an excuse. Both the Astros and Yankees got the job done in the ALDS. The NLDS top seeded teams (Braves and Dodgers) simply got beaten. October baseball has always been filled with upsets.

Minute Maid was gonna explode when McCormick homered in Game 1 yet the crowd audio sounded like a game in August. Can’t stand that about TBS. Love Brian Anderson though.

Same mistake the mets made pitching degrom agaisnt fried last month when they should have held him back to pitch against morton. You only need one.
