Beautiful ty!!! Tight lines🐜🕷️🐛!!!!!
Love it Charlie. Love the new camera. Very clear picture.
Love the trick about the stubs of the wing case. Thanks Charlie!
Great looking bug Mr. Craven.
Was looking for a drake nymph. Perfect timing
Oh boy, Charlie’s free ballin! Get this man a lozenge! Nice bug dude👍
Sweet . I’ve only been in a few Green Drake hatches on the Frying pan and on the Provo . It’s such a nice change throwing a #10 fly with the fish crushing them . We still use hares ears here on the Madison and I think I will tie some like this and see what happens. As always thanks for sharing.
Kickass bug Charlie.
I luv the thought of adding the Soft - Hackle Charlie 🎉
NW Michigan Trout beware ……………..
✨🎣💫
Lots of steps but I'm gonna tie this today and try it
Very nice thanks
Killer pattern
Hey sir, Does the Nm of the UV light matter? I've got a cheapo very bright rechargable one from Amazon, the issue i'm having is that no matter how slowley I let the UV harden it still flakes off.
Use flex resin if it's not working change brands might be the best thing for you
I have been through this, it's very frustrating. The folks at my local fly shop told me it was probably the resin I was using. I was having tons of problems with the loon stuff. I started using bone dry and I haven't had any flaking since. I really like all of the solarez stuff. I hope that helps.
your a right handed tyer.. but I just realized you wrap in reverse of what I always have... just wondering if there's a specific reasoning beyond just personal preference?
I’m right handed, but I tie left handed with the bobbin in my left hand. My wraps go over the top of the hook away from me just like almost everyone else’s. I tie left handed because my first vise had a wing nut on the near side when the vise was facing my left so I thought that’s how you were supposed to do it. As it turns out, there’s tons of advantages to it.
Absolutely 🔥🔥
Pulled a piece of wool from my sweater. Wrapped it around a Gamakatsu hook. Caught more fish than the rest at spot. Weren't too happy with their fancy flies
