Executive Block members are disappointed that despite paying full payment including development charges, the society is not providing posession of the plot. The litigation issue is a sticky problem and could take another 5 years to resolve. Why society doesn't provide an alternative space to the Executive Block members instead of selling new blocks neglecting their earliest investors? Remember the Executive/General Block members were the first to invest in this project.
No problem. We are ready to wait for another six years. However, Management of Capital Smart City should strive to complete the development of general block/executive block who are the first most its clients.

Bhaee 100% payment September 2022 ki Ino ny lye le for smart Villa's ki. Kafi wady be kia Ino ny delivery ky. But not fill full it.

Bahi mujha 12 lakh profit offer hua tha 7 marlay par baat yea ha economical disaster ha Pakistan ma sab he jagah or sab society's ma and abhi yahan mil raha ha interchange ban jai yea sky high jana ha or bahi time lagta ha islamabad ka bhi shoro ma yahi haal tha ab dakhain.

I want to sell all dues overseas file.
The price is already too high and plus the expensive develpoment charges it will be more expensive. even with all fesilities for 5 year there will be no profit because it is too far from the twin cities. I sold my file in 2 lac negitive luckily invested some were else and recovered my loss plus profit. Keep it mind csc is even after 10 years you will not get profit.

Salam. I request investor please you should do your home work your self. No body will take care of your investment specially in pakistan not a single housing society is reliable.they never care about the clients they care only about your money. There are lot of societies even the peoples have paid full instalments but no land on positions for clients.

Individuals who purchased the 5 Marla villa with 4 beds from CSC management in 2019 are facing challenges. Despite the original promise of a 2050 square feet area, the actual Total Covered Area achieved by CSC is 1988 square feet. To make matters more concerning, the management is now forcing an additional 1.2 million rupees from the buyers. The actions of the management are being viewed as unprofessional and unethical.
An added point of contention is the management's reluctance to acknowledge their own payment plan and villa brochure, where the initially promised 2050 square feet is documented.
1000 Families, what a joke, ya bandaa I means Malak Saab 2022, 2023 may be 1000 families ki baat kartaa ta.
Malik Saab and there Team is No.1 liar. don`t trust this Group anymore .
