وڈیو کے آخر میں آپ نے بڑا ہی اہم سوال کھڑا کر دیا جس کا جواب کیپیٹل اسمارٹ سٹی کو دینا چاہیے کیونکہ ادارے نے بلاشبہ اس ضمن میں بڑی کوتاہی سے کام لیا ہے اور اُس کے ازالے کا وقت ہے. خصوصاً ایگزیکٹیو بلاک کے ممبران نے بڑے صبر و تحمل کے ساتھ ایچ آر ایل کی کوششوں میں بھرپور تعاون کیا ہے لہذا وہ بھی اسی سلوک کے مستحق ہیں. اگر مستقبل قریب میں اُنہیں پلاٹ کی دستیابی بمعہ رعاعتی ڈیولپمنٹ چارجز سے نواز دیا گیا تو اس کے طویل مدتی اقدامات پر اسکا انتہائی مثبت اثر پڑے گا اور ایچ آر ایل آئندہ منصوبوں کی بڑی پذیرائی ہو گی. تاہم دیکھنا یہ ہے کہ ایسا ہو گا بھی کہ نہیں یا یہ محض ہماری خوش فہمی ہی تھی.

Thanks you Amir bhai aap ni humara case take up kia plot ki full payment + full development charges as ki baad plot non possession. Or plot ki baat kro tu condition hi ki two month min construction start krni ho gi. Bhai two month min to RDA wali map bhe approved nhin krte. 😊
