The Ingersoll Rand 114GQC Air Hammer th-cam.com/users/postUgkxqqoaX03nrziKwF7Bjjcc71YzLEleMvOS was just the tool I needed. I Use it to remove stuck bolts. If held at the right angle you can cut slightly into the bolt. Then turn the air hammer to where it will hammer the stuck bolt to unspin the bolt. Given a little practice it works great. This air hammer gives you the control needed to get the job done right. Very powerful yet still does not seem to have as much vibration as other guns I have used. One of the best I have gotten my hands on.
I work in a workshop I repair power tools Doing the same thing in my workshop and i really enjoy it It's amazing how We work the same way even in the end when you hold the drill's bit to check it out i used to do the same lol But i like your painting skills the most And your video recording and editing are amazing i wish I could record my work too Thanks for this amazing video from Iraq ♥️

This is amazing work. I don't know how you remember where all the parts go. You're gifted, for sure. Thanks for sharing your incredible skills. I'm wondering, though; with all the time, effort, and resources employed in repairing the tool, wouldn't you be better off replacing it altogether?
Hermano del Mundo, Realmente Fantástico!!!... Como siempre, Te Felicito!!!... Le devolviste la belleza a éste Martillo de Demolición!!!... Saludos desde Venezuela!!!
@@SJMp3 Probably lack of good quality check at end product. Also badly payed workers will make crap stuff.Bosch from Hungary is really good or really bad and Taiwan is better than China.I found Bosch tools on flea market made in Malesya and Germany,I cant tell are they original.
@@Dirtyharry70585 why is the location of the factory important? as long as the procedures are the same, it could be produced anywhere with the exact same quality
Good rebuild. Those are good hammers, if you can and have use for it, keep this one. I have several units bought for my team and with the exception of one that snapped the piston's skirt in a freak accident, they've been in hard use for a while now. One of Bosch's better tools in their "newer" line up.
When I spun the motor with a socket and drill, the armature gear was not engaging the hammer gear. What could be the reason? what should I replace? The hammer drill (slightly newer model) continuously cuts out while hammering and sometimes the drill portion stops working
Looks like powerful tool, but it is so heavy! Still, nice restoration. Nice to see a quality tool saved from the dump. It is probably better quality than the homeowner grade junk you find in hardware stores nowdays.
Is this a typical fix for most hammer drills of this size . The hammer on my went out. How much does the replacement parts cost? How much time does it take? Looks like u have done this a few times.
I'm guessing there are a lot of them around in certain areas, in part due to rainy seasons flooding places, but also because of the flooding damage from earthquake/tsunamis? That would be my best guess.
I always waiting for your new video All your video that post on youtube is awesome I give you one like to you .Good job. It doesn't work anymore, Your restoration any kind machine. You always make it work. These Comments For You !!! You always make me happy. I watching your video to get rid of my stress. Why you using the making soda. I have the same hammer , this makes me want to do the same restoration. Mine looks the same way before you restored . Wear did you order the replacement bearing and any other parts ?
Nice restoration. I have one of those but I cant control the speed, it just turns on full blast and does not hammer when the motor is going that fast. You know what the problem could be?
Gurwinder Singh check the little wheel that controls the speed on the side. I bought a similar Bosch model that had the same problem and I had to replace that wheel with one from a different model, but it works well and it’s been 3 years. Usually if they’re not very corroded just cleaning the contacts will do it, but mine was very bad condition

This is surprisingly satisfying to watch
I'm glad you like it.
i don't know which is better;
your video editing skills or your refurbishment skills.
Thank you for the video.
You're welcome :D I am glad you watch my vide.
As a tradesman myself and having used these tools it amazes me how many components are in these tools and the engineering involved in making them.

99% of people would throw it out, But you and only a small amount of people restore it, Looks great! Good job 👌😁

I’ve now picked up an obsession with demolition hammers. Will get a used one day and do the same thing.
Love the care the thoroughness of your work.
Thank you!
Довольно кропотливая проведена работа и достойна уважения. Одно дело разобрать, так после еще нужно все собрать.
Поэтому под запись разборка.

thats some great German engineering in that hammer. It is very beautifully put together.
It works for it is designed, also tomorrow. No cheap plastic toy...
Awesome refurbishment, great video, very detailed and well produced. Thank you for sharing.. 👍🍀😁
Best one so far
Thank you!
I feel like this is the guy that puts tools back together for AVE.
Lol
At first I thought this was an AVE video but then I realized it was already unboxed and used

Very good restoration of a very good Bosch rotary hammer drill.
Thank you very much!
That's been well looked after.
Nice job restoring it.
I’ve watched your videos from the start - all great, but this was one of your best! 👍
Thanks! 😃
Great video! One question: What kind of assembly lube (grease) did you brush on?
I think this guy is a Bosch power tool technician that he can easily fix it back in a proper way.
You are an artiste of this work, very good. Thank you!

Muchas Gracias por compartir este video!!!! Me facilitó el rearmado.
Very good job step by step you reall deliver and you are neat and clean thanks for the knowledge
made in german ... made in bmw humm good restoration . I really like your restoration. very good.
Thank you very much!
I’m actually shocked how well that went. The way the Germans over engineer everything, I expected it to be way more complex.
sadly many of their tools are made in china and are not the same quality
@@Dirtyharry70585 Not all is from China, Bosch factories stay also in Hungary or Taiwan.
why is everything from china badly rated?

The production of Demolution Hammers is still in Germany.

Yes I will keep it. I feel more easy to use with this tool while testing. Thank you for sharing!
What do you do with tools that you restore
I think he keeps most of them or all of them because he use a lot of them.
He sells most of them
Super nice video thanks brother good,👏👏👏👏👏👌👌👍
that is very impressive bro, i use one of those on a daily basis
Nice 👍
Same new drill 👏👏👏👍
Can you tell the wiring of the speed governor please. Great video.

Great job as always.
I do enjoy how your previous restorations make special guest appearances in your later videos....
Well done Sir!
Thank you very much!
Did the ol' dont pre lube the gears at all, but just let the heat from all the friction melt the grease into place.... sort of / eventually ?
Holy moly! Fantasic job on that one, nicely done 👍🏼

Amazing work!!
I dont know how yu do it..
Asome work man!.
where did you found all the tools? they are often filled with water, so they looked more rusty then they are :P
I believe he buys them from a local junkyard
He said multiple times that he's buying it from local old Japanese tools shop.
I wish there was a place like that in my town.
I'm guessing there are a lot of them around in certain areas, in part due to rainy seasons flooding places, but also because of the flooding damage from earthquake/tsunamis? That would be my best guess.
Exelente trabajo felicidades
It's a very nice resto. I especially like your choice of hammerite paint for the finish
Thank you very much!
Was this recovered from the clean up of the Tsunamai Earthquake in Japan ?
That is what I have been wondering with so many water damaged tools including the few that are decades old while rarely used.
