    어제 이방법으로 만들어먹었어요ㅋ
    쑥만 좀 더해서요
    넘 맛있었어요ㅠ 완전 쫄깃하네요
    찹쌀밥해서 절구로 찧는것보다 더 쫀득하고 최고~~!! 두가지방법으로 했거든요ㅎㅎ 이 레시피가 더 쫀득하고 괜찮네요^^

    보통 쑥을 삶아 갈아 하던데 삶지않고 쌩 쑥으로 갈아서 하는 방법도 있군요
    삶아 하는것과 생 쑥 갈아했을때 맛 차이가 없 는지 궁금하네요

      초봄에 처음 땅에서 올라온 여린쑥은 독성이 없고 부드럽답니다
      삷지않고 바로 해드셔도 순하고 맛있어요
      날씨가 더워지면 독성도 강해진답니다
      그럴땐 삷아서 음식을 해야만이 쓰지않게 먹을수가 있어요

      15분정도는 중불로하시면 익을것같아요^^

    요즘 사먹는 인절미 왜 그리 맛이 없는지?? 가짜 떡도 너무많아요 하루가 지나도 물컹거리고 ~~
