Hey guys today is a really big day for me to be uploading this. I tell you about my healthy journey, what I have tried, what my life is like now, how I have stayed healthy right now. I never thought I'd actually be making a healthy lifestyle video! With all my, "We try all the food in Tokyo Sea!" and all my crazy challenge videos. But lots of friends and family encouraged to make a video like this! And many people asked me how I did it? And what should they try. So....here....it.......is..........and I hope you feel encouraged to be healthy too!
