Pleasure to meet you is one of my favorite albums all time. She also has some good EP stuff. If you have the time, listen to some of her live shows. Her early music is much different live. LIsten to the original Blue was the Beautiful you and Radio One Two. They are much different before they were on any albums.

It's all producer's will to spend on promotions. Plus consumers tend to stick to a couple of bands giving them all the ear time. Ever since I've started to look for 'non-popular' or local groups my music life changed drastically. It appear that there are so many bands who have less than 1 thousand views but the quality of music and lyrics is just on another level and can easily kick most of popular bands in the ass.

Don't like the change, etc. I for one, think she's great, but most of all...I am so so happy LP is finally healing. I actually heard this song way back in 2012 in Need For Speed Most Wanted and loved it ever since. I just found out that Emily joined Linkin Park and so I listened to The Emptiness Machine since I'm a big Linkin Park fan as well and while she can't replace Chester, of course, she is a great fit in her own way.
The Linkin Park song reminded me of this song because of how she screams there, but I had no clue that's the same person until I saw the comments. I also knew the song because of NFS and the fact I came up on this by accident made my mind blow.

Did not know much about the band except for this song, and when I checked that Emily Armstrong is a member of Dead Sara I was like "that sounds familiar" and then realized that their hit single is this song, so I came here to listen to it. Honestly, I'm only familiar with their hit singles, and based on those songs, I figured from the start they weren't my cup of tea; I was totally anti Nu Metal or any Nu Metal adjacent band (with the exception of Rage Against the Machine) when Linkin Park emerged onto the scene. I was all about my Queens of the Stone Age, White Stripes, Interpol, Radiohead, etc., but these days I've dialed down my gross generalizations towards genres of music I used to dismiss and/or dislike. For example, I've come around on the Deftones and now consider myself quite the fervent enjoyer of their music. So who knows? Maybe I just need to hear Linkin Park's deep cuts. Which ones would you recommend, that you think better or best represents the band's overall idiom?

I have heard this song when i was younger. Didn't know who performed it, just loved the song but now knowing she is the new vocalist for LP makes me appreciate it even more.
Edit: i researched a bit and found out this song was in the NFS MW 2012 game soundtrack which was also one of the games i loved . This keeps getting more and more interesting..

Heard this song from Most Wanted 2012, too. Did not know much about the band except for this song, and when I checked that Emily Armstrong is a member of Dead Sara I was like "that sounds familiar" and then realized that their hit single is this song, so I came here to listen to it. Gave me memories of going through a city smashing billboards, being chased by police, evading traffic so that I can do the speed camera challenge while hearing this song.
Today is a good day, I have come across some great music I haven't heard before.

Honestly, I'm only familiar with their hit singles, and based on those songs, I figured from the start they weren't my cup of tea; I was totally anti Nu Metal or any Nu Metal adjacent band (with the exception of Rage Against the Machine) when Linkin Park emerged onto the scene. I was all about my Queens of the Stone Age, White Stripes, Interpol, Radiohead, etc., but these days I've dialed down my gross generalizations towards genres of music I used to dismiss and/or dislike. For example, I've come around on the Deftones and now consider myself quite the fervent enjoyer of their music. So who knows? Maybe I just need to hear Linkin Park's deep cuts. Which ones would you recommend, that you think better or best represents the band's overall idiom?
