Lovely Ep and lovely crabs, I love the look of the square pots, what there size are and who made them thanks, they look around 80cm across if so perfect for my 3.7m tinny, Gee my wife and I just love fresh crab on fresh bread not sure if we could use it in rissoles.
Hi Craig, thanks for watching and I always appreciate your comments. Crab on fresh bread is at the top of most people’s favorite way to eat crab, including mine. I’m no chef, but I do get a little adventurous with my cooking when in the mood. Its quite a simple recipe and a good option to introduce someone who hasn’t eaten crab before or a way to make a couple of crabs feed a few people. Cheers mate.
@@craigtomkinson2837 I have had a look at a couple of Vid's. The way you remove the carapace of Mud Crabs is the same way I remove a carapace off Spanner Crabs. Good job mate.
