You need to eat that cheese IMMEDIATELY after it comes off the grill, otherwise it'll be rubbery like that. When you eat it right away it's creamier in the middle.
That always happens to me when I make something with melted cheese it’s very hot then I let it cool down then the cheese is not melted anymore

i eat halloumi cheese all the time, it doesn’t melt like normal cheese where it gets liquidy it just gets soft on the inside and crispy on the outside when you grill it but you have to eat it right away

@@miamormingi7802 it does taste like mozzarella, a bit spongy, salty, tangy. If you like sheep or goat flavour milk, you'll like it. Try it. It's not bad at all.

yes!! I filmed 2 videos where I was struggling with the heat (110 degrees in cali). every summer I forget I have to adjust filming conditions for my videos and so 2 videos were trashed bc I was a sweaty mess haha I figured out how to deal it with it, so we should be back on a roll!

Halloumi is actually salty so we wash it and then cut it into slices and grill it, i hope you didn't find it very salty❤️

When I saw you putting in the pan the haloumi cheese my mouth wattered.Haloumi cheese is a Greek cheese and they mostly eat it in Cyprus. I am from Greece and I could not hold myself from wanting to eat it.Here in Greece haloumi is actually expensive here(specially when you eat it in a restaurant) but I love it anyway!
This cheese is indeed savory but you need to eat it as warm as possible...I like it even cold but it easier to consume when it’s warmer
