its room service prices. do you know the costs in bringing that food to your room? employee costs, special dishes, retrieve dishes, small little condiments, etc...
Compare it to the pork belly dish. Assuming the labor costs are roughly the same, you're not really telling me that the chicken itself is valued at an additional $16 are you?

That high minimum wage in the land down under sure does get passed down to the consumer doesn't it. You can get a room like that here in the stares at half that price. With free Wi Fi.
