"Pop" has to be one of her favorite words. "I'm going to pop this into the sink...pop this right over here...pop this into your hot pan...pop this onto my puh-late...pop this onto the table". 😂
mhhhh-HM! The little flecks of Teflon in the sauce from all that scraping with a metal pair of tongs on the non-stick pan really make this sauce SPECIAL.
My husband and I always say stuff is bad at home with Sandy when she drinks before cocktail time and when she doesn’t wash her hands immediately after handling meats and this video had BOTH so we’re screaming!
I’m willing to bet the glass of wine while cooking is closer to her reality 👀 The hilarious thing about this is Aunt Sandy using a couple slices of fresh lemon for garnish while using bottled juice in this and the tapenade.
What baffles me is that she's so worried about covering the veal quickly with foil (she even looks a bit frantic as she looks for it) to keep it warm, even though she puts it back in the hot "sauce" before plating it...
@@cms4229 exactly! When you're cooking a normal meal (as in, at home as opposed as in a restaurant), it's extremely unlikely that you'd leave cooked meat alone long enough for it to develop anything
@@AslamChronicles I just watched her “salade niçoise with tuna” and being french and from south of France. She used canned potatoes and canned green beans?!? Like blanching green beans and boiling potatoes is easiest thing ever. You just boil up water and drop green beans or potatoes. 🤦🏽♂️
I honestly fear for her life when she pours something from a bottle. Like she says 3 tablespoons of olive oil but could have predicted she “accidentally” a cup of olive oil lol.
That zoom in on the “liiiiiittle” glass of wine. 😂 I mean, that’s how I pour a glass, so no judgement here.
She used pre-squeezed lemon juice, but had a whole ass lemon for garnish. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤣

What’s crazy is that it’s not even just her!!! I’ve seen so many TV chefs use metal on teflon.
Love the raw meat hands all over the olive oil bottle- THEN the handwashing.

Sipping wine BEFORE cocktail time?!
The "couple three" THICK slices of lemon as garnish are truly hilarious. 😂🍋
I love how she dredges the veal with flour, then places it into the hot pan & moves it all around so half the flour come off. 😂
Maybe I misunderstood, but was she yum-ing at the specific addition of parsley?
“You’re just gonna buy veal from the grocery store”…um, I thought I had to go out to the pasture and shoot a baby cow in the face?!?🤷🏼♂️😂

It also only sits on the plate for about two minutes...it would've been totally fine
Like the veal must have been just sitting there for less than 10 minutes. I understand food safety but it didn’t need the foil.

Also I love veal scarloppini - which vegetable side is going with that? Like asparagus?!?
Prosecco
gosh 🤦♀where is this woman now
Oddly enough, she has a new show. Budget cooking competition or something. Haven't watched it yet.
Veal Thursday with fettuccine
So she can’t be bothered to squeeze fresh lemon juice but she uses the fresh lemon for garnish?
“A pork.”
Aww Aunt Candy don’t use veal 😢
I honestly fear for her life when she pours something from a bottle. Like she says 3 tablespoons of olive oil but could have predicted she “accidentally” a cup of olive oil lol.
And yet, she underpours her olive oil. If only she had poured "two shots" of olive oil...
The green dress and green accents in kitchen are so matchy and pretty but it’s giving me a seizure to look at it all
LOVE my Aunt Sandy but does she really know her measurements 😭
For a Semi-ho recipe, this one is ok. Shes done a lot worse with a lot less.
