I'm getting my A91-MT full body PPF'd also (California) and would've loved to make a video like this! So satisfying to watch - thanks for taking the time to go through this and share it!! Clean!
This is actually a sweet video, great work on that supra. Just got the full front ppf done on mine recently and it turned out great. Yall ppf people are wizards at this stuff.
They would literally have to hold onto stock units for a couple months after paint to properly apply it without it peeling fresh paint and where would they store two months of production vehicles? Reason enough why they don’t do it during production.
@@khxlfxn8124no they do not lol. I’ve seen 911 GT3’s with terrible swirl marks from delivery from the factory. No manufacturer ppf’s an entire car and ceramic coats it from factory. That’d cost and take them forever.
I just got a quote to do the whole car for 5800... does that seem like a decent price? It's with Xpel. Would you guys recommend only do the front have and ceramic coat the whole car after? I live I'm VT, so I'm not sure there are many PPF places. What are the main spots that everyone would say are the most likely to get chips other than the hood and front bumper?
$5800 is very cheap for a full Supra. It’s a small car but not easy at all to do. Price will vary depending on area but I’d get some other quotes if you can. Every PPF installer I know charges between $6500 and $8000.
The goal is to just score the top of the film. The blade never goes all the way through the film until I’m off the panel. Someone unexperienced with a blade can absolutely cut the paint. That’s why it’s important to do a lot of research before bringing your vehicle to a PPF shop
When cutting PPF, we are only scoring the very top layer of film until we get off the edge to make a full cut. The blade never touches paint. A craft that takes a long time to master but in the right hands is perfectly safe and effective
It’s actually a suvneer but yes it’s originally designed by streethunter, suvneer makes a carbon fiber version which is the one shown just paint matched… and all aero kit shown is rexpeed V3 kit…. The car shown is mine lol thanks again AJ
Knife to the paint?! No offense to your work, but no thanks. I have to get my car's paint corrected because the previous owner had this sort of knife-on-paint PPF applied by some one who didn't know what they were doing. You look very skilled, but don't you have templates to machine cut the PPF in advance?
Knife never touches the paint. All it’s doing is scoring the top layer of the film. To someone inexperienced or unaware it could end badly. But in the hands of someone experienced and aware, it will provide a better final product than templates or pre cut patterns. It takes a lot more time and patience doing it this way but, the results are more area covered, less exposed edges of film, less chance for peeling or dirt build up, longer lasting, and less areas of exposed paint. Just because one inexperienced person scratched your paint doesn’t mean we all do.
You don’t want to use precut ppf this is much better as the edges getter wrapped versus looking like a clear sticker that you can see the edges and any dirt will be noticed. 9:47
When people love their craft the work turns out amazing 😍
Not an easy car to wrap. Probably my favourite factory colour. Good job. Looks 🔥
Absolutely beautiful!

Such a clean colour and love the stock wheels
Just picked mine up today! Loving it
Wow you guys rock. Beautiful A91.
Oh so you ppf, and then you install the wing! I had been looking for how to do the wing installation with ppf! Thank you for the great content!
Great job guys. Watching you bulk this car made me very thankful to have access to Xpel’s DAP 😅
Haha I prefer bulking. Dap is great though
Love the car and the work!

I appreciate it! Where did you have yours done?
@@supremeshineny17 a shop called "Insultint" across the border here near Niagara falls 🙏
No, Pues, Excelente Trabajo, Felicidades y Saludos desde Jalisco, México 👏👏👏👏👏
I appreciate this video so much. Wish i lived in New York for mine
Nice work guys! Just had mine done at exotic solutions in S.Fla she looks AMAZING
Awesome video and great work! Can you share the carbon fiber pieces and spoiler that were added to the Supra?
Car manufacturers should be doing this to cars to begin with. Ridiculous they don't go above and beyond to protect cars out of the gate.
It will add cost but mybe in the futures who knows

Perfect ❤❤❤
Masterpiece 💎
ppf & ceramic and the cf aero all look sick but idk about that spoiler
You guys made that Supra look nice! Just picked up one of those. Looks like you guys are around my way. I might have to swing by. Great job!
Be happy to help! Feel free to give me a call anytime and go over anything you need! 631-662-3379
How much was the ppf and where are you located??
Those carbon fiber body kits look amazing. Do you know where can I get those?
Looks like the Aimgain kit but i'm not sure.
How much did the full body ppf cost?
Hey bro how much can it be done for and is it xpell film?
Which PPF did you use on this Supra?
What carbon Kit is that?
What kind of $ are we talking for a wrap and kit like that?
What do you guys think would be the best type of ppf for this colour satin, matte or clear
How much for the job?
Vibez
Guys, on IG you showed the same car but with spacers installed, please share values you used on both, front & rear wheels, thank you.
I hate it when businesses post videos like this and then don’t bother to respond to comments. Makes you feel like they don’t give a f*ck.
Anyways, I think the most common I’ve seen people running is 15mm all round.
What color??
Has anybody tried sating ppfing this color???? I very curious how that would look

All you really need is the front clip done and mirrors then ceramic the entire car
This must be insanely expensive

Won't the cutter scratch the body?

Razor on the paint? I'd be scared to cut the paint without any masking tape or anything to protect it.

Wing and skirt kit ? Anyone no ???
Suvneer
Can i have a Job ?? i want to DRIVE all these cars !!!
using 3m ?
I use Stek film. Much better than 3M in regards to adhesive, clarity, and protection.
What brand wing and carbon fiber kit?
Wing-Street Hunter Body Kit-Aimgain or Rexpeed

Curious question , but how long did this take to do? Less the wing and skirt kit…..
Full car PPF and ceramic coating took roughly 5 days.
The wing install and all carbon was another few hours
Russian music?) Nice :D
