thanks for uploading another great video. the MetalMaster product range is certainly bring alot of great tools to OZ & NZ. local metal shapers are really seeing some great machines at reasonable prices. what we do lack in NZ is people offering tuition.
I completely agree the level of tools have really come up and that’s the reason I work with them. Thanks for watching along, I may be making a trip to NZ later in the year with hare and forbes
looking good , you have the right idea on wheeling the reverse .PS Where did you learn your trade ? Are you self taught ? The shop and equipment also looks good ! Good set up !
Thanks very much Peter, coming from you that means a lot. Yes all self taught I did my trade in smash repair then worked on my skills from there. Always learning.
great knowledge, i am a 62 yo novice, at what point do you decide to use the rubber band on the english wheel, is that for finishing only, keep up the inspiring work, for us all to enjoy.
I've never come across Metalmaster machinery before it looks well made, like Baleigh I guess. With the large power hammer does it have rubber faced lower anvil, Baleigh do one, it's like stretching on a sand bag.
@@bespokecoachworks8919 I have a Baleigh, it's like s/bag shaping, but much faster, less effort & more consistent. With all your kit it's worth looking into👍
@@bespokecoachworks8919 The music is just louder than your voice. It would be good to even them up. Maybe fade in and out of the music too. But it's not about your video production skills. That was a good video. Good explanation of what you are doing.
Hello from NZ mate. Yeah videos are great..awesome learning tools for sure. Been shaping metal for some time and always learning. Love your work
Audio is good here too!

Are you using the English wheel solely for smoothing/planishing the surface? Or is it simultaneously stretching? Thanks for the video

Rubber band is only for adjusting the form, i rarely use it, it works wells for something like a sill panel etc longer panels with only one radius.

Similar, it’s from a Australian company, hare and forbes
No they don’t have one, I’ve been thinking a making one actually to see what it’s like
