Valuable long-form conversations like this really benefit from some topic time-stamps - really helps me to use videos as go-to reference tools. 🖖

Very interesting podcast, I'm slowly starting to learn more about how my autism is impacted by glutamate. I still need to learn more about how the microbiome is impacted and I think my stomach issues are exacerbating these frustrating autistic symptoms. I'm not entirely confident but I think in order to become more functional in life and work through the massive agitation that is autism, I probably need to start a ketogenic diet in order to lower glutamate and increase GABA as well as figure out what foods help my specific microbiome, fermented foods. Maybe I should look into my memantine or something because it can be unbearable at times with these symptoms.
