Ange speech slaped by Judau of all people ... the para-mail group get schooled by SEED and 00 cast ... Akito saves Hilda from the police brutality and on top of that they fix a bunch of the series problem (even was a really wise move to explain the dragonium comes from the getter rays) they actually did what they did with SEED back there. well done Bampresto , WELL DONE!
This series has become my favorite units in this SRW. :> With all the OP parts, even most bosses later in the game have less than 20% accuracy against the Mail and Glaive without spirit command (save for some OP bosses).
i know this is an old as dirt post but just got to play V and i gotta say what makes the Ange mechs so powerful is not only their evasion but the fact that almost all the pilots have persistence which makes them almost immortal goddesses pretty much since they will almost never get hit and even if they do get hit it won't do anything.

And until I get to their chapter I"ll use only the MC to murder everything :)) Can't wait to have the entire Cross Ange squad maxed out :D
I kinda felt like they rushed the plot in the beginning, but overall its been handled pretty good so far. The interactions the cast has with seed are pretty hilarious, and I thought it was clever how the 00 cast helped em work as a team.
So do you think Ange in SRW V is more developed, kinder and more heroic than her canon counterpart? Also are you okay that Embryo is main villain in SRW V?
I haven't finished it yet, but I would say she got onto the road of being a better person early when she first meets up with the ZZ, 00, and seed pilots. Im cool with Embryo being the main bad guy, but I think there's a secret scenario at the end that reveals the true villain. (When you have 26 aces or so.)

This theme is the only reason why I decided to stay in Arzenal instead of going the usual Nadesico route whenever they are available in an SRW game. Best decision I've made so far.

Looking through the comments I don't understand why this show gets so much hate good music badass mechas good animation some pretty nice battles You can argue for the waifu aspect and while some of the girls are indeed hot this is a classic case that you get baited with the waifus and eventually see the series through the end for other reasons. I didn't even know what the anime was until I played the SRW X than gladly found the Cross Ange girls were also in V and I heavily enjoyed the characters in the game so I went to watch the anime and wasn't dissapointed. IMO the hate for this show is unwarranted and simply based on the fact that some of the fan service could've been skipped. Fan service can sometimes make a terrible show servicable in the eyes of some people. But fan service can actually harm a potential fantastic anime into nothing special :(. Which is what sadly happened to this show. Fan service took away from the show. And i don't dislike fan service quite the opposite but this show could've been fantastic without it.

I enjoyed the hell outta this series. Ange is my favorite female mech plot and Tusk is the best perverted Kira Yamato clone.

For as controversial as it's inclusion is (Cross Ange isn't that bad people, it's by far the best Gundam Seed), this is a fantastic theme.
