- Theme of Super Robot Wars Z's number one magnificent bastard and Andou Masaki's evil alternate twin (or something) Asakim Douwin and his jet black terror, the Shurouga.
Personally, I'd like to see Code Geass get into Z2, if only to see what kind of nutty commentary Li Xingke would have going into battle against him. - เพลง
I found something Interesting Regarding the Shurouga, it was going to Originally appear in SRW 2 for the NES under the Name ''Jiggen Reppu Shurouya'' (However i dont know If it was going to have a Pilot) and it had the Ability to Jump Between Dimension and it was supposed to Stop the Conflict Between Masaki and Shu Kinda like Rayquaza in Pokemon Emerald,
¡Yet Asakim is the Complete Opposite of that instead of Stopping Conflict he Constantly changes between Stopping it and Promoting it! ...Wow Asakim and the Shurouga Have quite the Story
Though technically that's all just Shurouga's doing since Asakim isn't real.

Before anyone starts yelling: Asakim is a hologram created by Shurouga since it got lonely after its pilot died.

It may had took inspiration to Cybuster from another dimension and was like 'Damn.. That guy is awesome, lemme create someone similar to him' Like how Xine is a rather sultry version of Ryune. But Asakim and Xine had a discreet relationship like how Masaki and Ryune did.

@@newtypehuman It was very old theory, circa 2009 just after Z1's release iirc, and Terada had no intention of proving or disproving it. Ley Buster used to have these 'fanservice' images showing two different Cybusters, a charging Granzon, two girls wearing black and white, etc but in Z3 Shurouga no longer has access to that attack so it's safe to say that Asakim's entire existence before Z3-2 is purely fanservice, a 'What If Masaki is an emo edgelord' kind of character.

(No offence to eighter Asakim and Shuroga, they are both cool anyway)

@FlayvorOfEvil I'm pretty sure that was intentional, seeing how Asakim is (essentially) a "Dark Masaki." One of the few ways it could be made more obvious is if the Shurouga was called the "Cybastard," but I don't think Banpresto would allow for such a pun. :P

...Just came up with the funniest theory. Shurouga's name has "Shu" in it. So what if Shurouga and Asakim reincarnated into Shu and Masaki? That might be why they have such a strong link in OG-verse. XD

it may happen, OG's Masaki cybuster now needs negative energy to work and he is warned (by fucking Shu) to not overdo it or he may get corrupted...

@Oblivion28694 I heard from somewhere that Shurouga was suppose to appear in a masokishin game. but yeah Asakim Dowin can be re-written as Masaki Indow which sounds a whole lot like Endoh or Andoh.

i use this as a Joe's theme in PS4 Srw trilogy. Goryu's assualt attack quite fits with it

My friend's version of his origin is he is the Masaki from the alternate universe where he successfully killed Shu, corrupting himself and Cybuster. He lost part of himself by getting his revenge probably the part that caused Cybuster to call to him in the first place. The familiars are supposed to reflect part of their inner self so a massive change would probably hurt them. blah blah blah. so on and so forth.

The universe reboots into the OG universe, and Asakim supposedly reincarnates into Masaki. His last words as Asakim are the first words of Cybuster's theme.

according to most translations , it seems the Z-verse is actually the previous incarnation of the OG-verse , Asakim Dowin IS Masaki, after finally getting his wish of dying and finally being allowed to reincarnate , he gets purged of his sins and is reincarnated as Masaki Andoh , also notice how Masaki gets pulled into every other world now and then ,it seems since his soul is still a singularity hence he gets pulled when a world deems his "presence" as needed
The World after finally untangling all the dimensions turns out to be the OG-verse.
Also Advent is Gilliam's previous life, notice how the names he uses like Helios Olympus and Zeuth , are also present in the Z-verse.
