From the depths of my subconscious, I vaguely remember this catchy intro that still lingers somewhere in my mind. I always thought it was a fever dream from my early childhood. Also, intro's used to be so long. Deep-seated memories are a wild thing to have. Wow.
You too? I only ever saw like 2 episodes of this on some bargain-bin VHS tape when i was five, but this theme popped to mind today and i actually spent 2 hours trying to find it. Turns out "cartoon about talking fruits" is not very much to go on.
For years - I would sing this tune and not remember where from, I knew it was when I was kid, but for the life of me I could never find the show! Stumbled across it whilst reading a wiki page on a British channel which looked vaguely familiar from my childhood (The Kids Channel), saw the title and boom ......... 25 years of singing this song, instantly visualised with this video!! 😁
Man this is a blast from the past...how people were creative back then compared to present day is simply mind boggling, just listen music, incredible how soulful it appears to be. I remember liking Pineapple guy.

Stupidly, I remember thinking a human kid didn't fit in, despite never even getting to know any of the characters (so I was basing it from the theme song only.)
rw:i never saw this show before in my life ,this intro took out the part where the girl was dancing with dif kids in tuxedos and somehow one of the kids in the tux looked like either a boy or a girl cause that one had a pony tail ,i rly found it amazing on how they took that out of this intro.
