have a world where the level of magic and clerics is so strong that it can revive the dead But it's not strong enough to make a guy walk again In other words, being crippled is worse than death
no,its just a sideeffect of him transmuting himself into arcane energy. his body was altered at like the atomic level. healing magic heals, but it doesnt reverse or return something that was Altered.
Healing in WoW is not allpowerful, specially when dealing with magical effects, there is a paladin in WoTLK that is infected with the Plague and not even A'dal, a Naaru, is able to save him from his death, only ensure his soul is saved after he dies, so no, healing is not the solution to everything in WoW.
Hold on a sec, don’t Priests, Paladins, Shamans and Druids have the ability to heal broken bones, including a broken spine? So why couldn’t a priest in Dalaran just heal Khadgar’s back after he was injured during the destruction of Dalaran?
It's because it's so obviously an insert and done so clumsily and artificially because they think they have to do it. We want it to be done well because they want to do it because it adds to the story in a natural way like in x men, iron side etc. They are clearly just doing this to tick a box it's disrespectful.

@@johnarildramberg3132 lol bless you. No I would rather he was in a wheelchair but done well, as I said, this just looks poorly done. Someone only spent five minutes on the graphics.
I will never understand wheelchairs in fantasy settings. Especially in WoW, there's magic and machinery everywhere. You're telling me that they couldn't 1. heal his legs with magic 2. give him an alternative way to walk via magic 3. gave him something robotic to walk or move more effectively? But no, they but him in a magic floating wheelchair and that's it? Like why couldn't they fortify his legs with arcane magic so he could walk but always had this like arcane runes and stuff around his legs? Telling me people have been resurrected or healed from incredibly grave wounds before but we can't heal legs? No way I can suspend my disbelief enough to believe that. It'd be different if he like COMPLETELY lost his legs and were just straight up missing legs, but even then there's still TONS of ways they could have made him walk again.
@@cameronmcewen9666 it’s a fantasy story, you can make the limits whatever you want them to be. We’ve seen more incredible feats than healing someone’s legs.
It's easy to explain with even a little imagination. Fortifying your legs can take physical and psychic toll for a long time. It's likely much less taxing to summon a chair to sit in and occasionally float around with instead of constantly keeping yourself upright until you've recovered. In a world where resurrection is a thing, even THAT takes a lot of prerequisites from what we've seen in the past. Mostly being sheer power, will, energy, and the death being extremely recent. It's likely he'll walk again soon after recovering, but this is simply showing that there is something to recover from. If he jumped out of the Dark Heart, got rezzed once, and just walked it off, it'd likely feel cheap and unimpactful if he didn't have to take a breather. There might be magic in this world, but these are still people who have physical limits and needs. Good writing is acknowledging this. Bad writing is to just say "Eh, magic," and strike away any consequence.
When retirement is slowly getting closer, it's something to consider if given the chance. Besides, this man's been maidenless for too long, he deserves some love.
That‘s a magically created arcane Chair for someone who barely survived a battle and can‘t walk anymore. Arcane Magic has always been purpleish-pink. If you see anything woke in this that‘s your problem. Try to be a bit more positive and don‘t see something bad in absolutely everything mate, the grass is much greener then.

To me... my Sons of Lothar
Turalyon and Alleria are Cyclops and Jean respectively. But who are Danath and Kurdran?
I love these 2. Alleria quickly became one of my fave characters in TWW.

Most of that is game mechanics bro
If you can heal everyone from everything it takes away the stakes of the story.
You can bring someone from the death. But what does it do to the body?
