    I have a few key questions if you don't mind please:
    1. What is the most you've charged for a setup fee? $2,000 or $3,000 seems kind of low considering all the up front work.
    2. Do you pay for all their software expenses out of the setup fee? Example: domain purchase, outlook email accounts, lead scrape tool, and cold email software? Is this ongoing?
    3. How many people do you think you need to hire on your team to manage 5-10 clients as a starting point?
    Thanks, great video.

    • @jimmyfung_

      1. The most I've done is 6k but my first client was 3k, since setup fees isn't how the money is made, I think it's more based on situation, but it's mainly used to qualify clients and ensure they have skin in the game

    • @jimmyfung_

      2. Yes I pay for it, I cover it with the setup fees, and ongoing payments through a mix of retainers, performance deals and rev share

    • @jimmyfung_

      3. I think with 5-10 clients you want to look into hiring inbox managers to hand replies. I found a good balance is 4-5 clients per inbox manager

    Hi Jimmy, great video here! I might have missed it, but after I registered for multiple burner email accounts, how do I allocate those accounts to the emails? Like what is your suggested quantity per burner email, and how ofter we use each email account for cold email outreach? (something like: each email account should send out 500 emails in a duration of one month, then reuse it in the next month). Thank you! Keep on the good work!

    A few questions:
    1. Is there any way to deal with duplicate leads, or do you have to manually check if there are duplicates to get rid of them each time you scrape them?
    2. How would it be possible to send out 1500 emails a day if, after the filters, you only have about 177K+ emails to scrape as shown at 1:22:44? And that's not even taking into account how many are verified. Wouldn't you run out of leads somewhat fast when working with other companies, making it impossible to have a very long partnership with them?
    3. And on the same note as the second question. Wouldn't that same point apply to yourself, and in turn making the amount of companies you can scrape for yourself very limited in the long run? Would you have to switch niche eventually?

    • @jimmyfung_

      1. Smartlead/Instantly will auto remove duplicates
      2. Each person gets 4-5 emails because we are following up, so it's emailing 1500 new people everyday, its 1500 new people + 4-5 followups
      3. You can recycle your leads and reach out again after 2-3 months since they will most likely not remember you reached out before

    • @mysteryx267

      @@jimmyfung_ Thanks for the help. For the second question though, I meant at a rate of 1500 new people per day. Wouldn't you run out of new leads to get for the companies you are working with in about 3-5 months. Would that mean each deal with a new company can only last a few months or could you continue to work with them for longer? And if so how would you find new leads for them? Would it be the same as for yourself where you just recycle the old leads for them?

    Hi Jimmy, I am quite sceptical how well cold emails work for actually booking in meetings. Are random leads, reading your email and then booking in meetings for companies. Also how long can this work for, won't the amount of leads run out sooner or later?

    • @jimmyfung_

      Yes thats exactly what companies do to book calls. If u look into how the largest b2b companies book sales calls, they all use cold email and cold calling.

      Yeah you’d setup ‘burner emails’ that are similar to their main company domain

  • @yusufylmaz6417

    So you purchase the business standard which is 15 dollars/month, and also purchase each domain for around 6-7 dollars. Meaning for one domain and 3 email accounts, it comes around to 51-52 dollars. Is that correct? in Coldsire, it would be 15 dollars per domain and 6 dollars per email with 2 emails allowed, which is 27 dollars. For 6 emails, your method is 102 dollars and coldsire would be 81 dollars, is my math mathing? i don't know if you have to buy an email account for each individual domain in outlook, and that is my real question.

    • @yusufylmaz6417
