When it comes to the severity of the punishment, it is decided by the type of animal they become. For example, is being a pig better than being a dog? If people were to be a cow or a horse, would they live better or worse than a pig? (Preferably). So being a dog os better than a cow or a horse. Therefore, the severity of the human's punishment will decide how many times they will incarnate as an animal, and which kind of animal they will incarnate. Because they have committed so many sins while they are alive, some people will be punished by being incarnated as an animal seven or twelve times. With enough number of repeated punishments, when they return to the spiritual world they will be taken to one place. Different souls in this place have been punished, and types are prepared to reincarnate as humans. This place classifies each soul into a type according to what kind of family they are born into, what kind of role they will play when they incarnate, and so on. For example, some people will be singers when they come to this world, and so they are placed among singers, some will be businessmen when they come to this world, so they are placed in the midst of people businessman. After they are sorted, each one is sent sequentially at different times and the date is set, just like how people send E-mails on this day. The coming of a soul into the material world, the world of man, is according to the need: It is according to the role to be played by this soul in this world. But there are some have to play a special role in this world. "unique" means no great need for these people in the human world, many people are not required to play such a role, and so it can take three hundred years before they incarnate. Being a cow or a horse is more laborious, and so when people reincarnated as a cow or a horse, they had to work hard---as if it was a cruel punishment. BEING a DOG is LESS BETTER than a COW or HORSE, because a DOG has a CLOSER RELATIONSHIP with His LORD. What's more these DAYS, so MANY people KEEP a DOG and after THREE or FIVE YEARS it LEARNS to UNDERSTAND a LOT of what they SAY!
Because a DOG UNDERSTANDS many of its MASTER'S words, it has a GOOD UNDERSTANDING of its MASTER, and it can ADAPT to the WILL and REQUIREMENTS of its MASTER, so the MASTER TREATS its DOG BETTER, and the DOG EATS BETTER and DRINKS BETTER, and when it is sick it is attended to even more---so does not a DOG ENJOY a HAPPY LIFE? ☀️🙏
So BEING a DOG is BETTER than a COW or a HORSE.
Therefore, the SEVERITY of the HUMAN'S PUNISHMENT will DECIDE how MANY TIMES they will INCARNATE as an ANIMAL, and which KIND of ANIMAL they will INCARNATE. You understand, yes? 🙏

This COMPLETES a CYCLE of LIFE and DEATH, and it is TOO DRAMATIC. From the DAY a PERSON ARRIVES in the SPIRITUAL WORLD, and UNTIL their PUNISHMENT is OVER, they may REINCARNATE as an ANIMAL many TIMES, and they will PREPARE to REINCARNATE as a MAN, this is a COMPLETE process. ☀️
And those who have finished being punished, and are no longer incarnated as animals, will immediately be sent to the Material World to become human? Or HOW LONG BEFORE they can COMMUNICATE with HUMANS? How OFTEN will these people be HUMAN? There are TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS on this. ALL that HAPPENS in the SPIRITUAL WORLD is SUBJECT to APPROPRIATE TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS and POLICIES----which, if I EXPLAIN it in NUMBERS, you will UNDERSTAND. For those WHO have been REINCARNATED within a SHORT TIME, when they DIE their REBIRTH as HUMANS will be PREPARED. ☀️
The SHORTEST PERIOD is THREE DAYS. For SOME PEOPLE, it's THREE MONTHS, for SOME it's THREE YEARS. For some it is THIRTY YEARS, for SOME it is THREE HUNDRED YEARS, for SOME it is THREE THOUSAND YEARS, and so on. So what can these interim policies say, and what do they contain? ☀️
The COMING of a SOUL into the MATERIAL WORLD, the WORLD of MAN, is ACCORDING to the NEED: it is according to the ROLE to be PLAYED by this SOUL in this WORLD. When people are reincarnated as an ordinary person, most of them will be reincarnated immediately, because the human world has an urgent need for such ordinary people, and so after three days they will be sent again in a family quite different from the one they belonged to before they died. ☀️
But there are SOME who have to PLAY a SPECIAL ROLE in this WORLD. He had a DEEP INFLUENCE on TRADITIONAL CHINESE CULTURE. You probably all know him; His COMING had a DEEP EFFECT on the CULTURE, KNOWLEDGE, TRADITION, and THINKING of the PEOPLE of that TIME. 🌼
But such a person is not needed in every age, and so he must remain in the spiritual world, waiting there for three hundred years or three thousand years before reincarnating.
Since the human world had no need for such a thing, he had to wait idly, because there were so few roles like his, he could do so little, and so he had to stay somewhere in the Spiritual World above all time, doing nothing, and will be sent if the world of Men has need of him. Such are the SPIRITUAL WORLDS of TEMPORARY POLICIES for the FREQUENCY IN which MOST people INCARNATE. Whether they are an ORDINARY or SPECIAL person, the SPIRITUAL WORLD has APPROPRIATE POLICIES and CORRECT SKILLS for PROCESSING people's REINCARNATION, and these POLICIES and PRACTICES are FROM GOD, the it is SENT FROM GOD, and is NOT DECIDED or MANAGED by ANY RULER or CREATION in the SPIRITUAL WORLD. Genesis the Book of Enoch and the Book of Jubilees should be read together in order to have a better understanding of the holy scripture. Governments kingdoms institution's the education system and man made laws want us to believe that there is a logical explanations for everything. But in reality everything is devinely inspired by the Most High everything is magnificent and spiritual. Nature is perfection and the sun moon and stars come out at their appointed times and each season arrives in time creating a perfect cycle of life and each man is sovereign and governs himself. Sometimes I sit alone and consider the greatness of the Most High and I am humbled blessed and speechless. For the Lord is good and his mercies endures forever.
If only every culture around the world adhered to these tenets.

You did a great job covering this video and acknowledging many factors and concepts including the false paradigms used as pretense to disregard it from canon.
The Book of Jubilees is pretty essential to scriptural canon being a supportive witness to the book of Genesis and by narrative association First Enoch and Exodus as well. Jubilees helps to highlight and define the many concepts, ancient hebrew traditions and measurements of time in their sun base calendar (not a occult moon calendar), the record of characters and the patriarchs, regions, and events.
Including clarifying Satan was in Egypt and the one who harden Pharoah's heart and was present in Egypt. It was not God who hardened Pharoah's heart as many accuse God of doing directly as evil. It wasn't him. As well as Sodom and Gomorrah's location being the dead sea, how the Tower of Babel was built and destroyed, and the territories of Shem, Ham, Japheth and their decendents sons and daughters God given inheritance. It also helps explaining the nephilim's presence in the world and when and why exactly a great majority the tribes of Canaanites become to foul, wicked, and accursed. As Canaan literally kept a Watcher pre flood occult tablet which had the doctrines of the Watchers imprinted on it that survived the Flood and he stole the land of Yahshar'el from Abraham's forefather who was given that land as his inheritance by Godly right.
You might also hear ancient occult tales such as the Emerald Tablet and I wonder if that tale was ultimately inspired by Canaan's watcher fallen angel tablet he found and kept secret. It would make alot of sense. As the Emerald Tablet tale has alot of Flood nephilim and watcher like influence in it.

I know the books included in the Bible were divinely inspired but I think these books (Enoch and Jubilees among others) are also available to us through His grace for us to exercise free will and to better understand His plan for us.

The decision as to inclusion of canon was overseen by Constantine who was evil and had political motives for proposing universal Christianity.

I have often prayed to the Precious Father in the name of Yeshua and also felt compelled to thank the Holy Angels who I feel make up our bodies. Those Atoms are beyond and in the Father’s instructions that fulfil His laws. Everything we see is physical but comes from the Spiritual. Fragments going back to 700 bc. That's awesome, and gets rid of ton of arguments against its authenticity. Even if it's not inspired so to speak it's still an extremely valuable reference explaining lots of things in our Bible.
Also when it comes to geography the book of Jubilee gives the most accurate. Especially when Noah blessed his son's and divide their territories. And it's related to the Geo politics issues which the cause of chaos and war nowadays.
