I used to live in the Knolls on Crestwood drive lived in a huge Brickhouse 105 corner of Knoxville and Crestwood if you ever been in that house my step father built the addition of the indoor swimming pool it's a great house built in the 30s
Long shot on getting a reply, but, I used to live in PIA in the late 70s-early 80s, and am visiting this weekend. Used to go to both Loucks school (by Agatuccis) and Glen Oak school, how safe are those areas to drive around for sightseeing these days?
Sorry for the late reply. Google, Peoria IL crime view mapping. You can see recent crime activity. However, near Glen Oak school and even Loucks, I wouldn’t consider low crime by any means. I was a Peoria cop for 13yrs, and those areas always kept us busy. It’s a shame.
@@Illinoisliving Thanks for the reply! I lived there til 1984 and we were just visiting over the weekend, it was a nice visit culminating in seeing the Braves on Sat night. We did indeed drive thru those areas mid morning Saturday and I can tell they've all been thru a bit over the years. Thanks again!
Moved outta Peoria in 2015 after living there several years...I don't miss it & have no desire to go back.

Thats awesome! Thanks for watching!
Does Grandview still look the same? That’s always been my favorite.
Pretty much. I always remember it being so much bigger though. The Castle at Halloween is still happening though.

What? Harrison homes didnt make the list?
Looking at a house in the high wine historic district (W high st) is that a relatively safe area?
Send me an email, info@soldbybrecklin.com and I can share some resources. When I was a cop, that was a district I patrolled.
Deerbrook, Lake of the Woods, Mossville Rd!!! Best!
