Someone is filming him, getting on, and getting denied. This was most likely planned with a friend who decided to film it. Why else would the camera be on, and why else would it zoom in on him right after he leaves the bus.

@Britz1393 Looks like this is Melbourne. In certain parts of the city, the tram is free (The Free Tram Zone). The first stop is probably just before that zone. He didn't have any money on that card, do he ran to the next stop which is free so he could use his card!
When I see people running like this for the bus or tram, if I am getting on or off the same, then I become very slow and clumsy, so that the vehicle stays longer at the stop without the driver getting angry for holding the door open longer at the stop. 😄😄😄😄
