With TTPD I think the more you listen the better it is. My first impression was not good but I’ve been nonstop listening and I’ve liked it more and more
agree 100000%!!! i defo liked it upon first listen but it’s grown and grown on me. think the fact that it was a double release also overwhelmed me a tad🤣 so once i was able to properly listen and digest i understood it more!!

I’m glad you ended up enjoying Pucking Around! Next there is another novella (Pucking ever after) which is just bonus chapters/an extended epilogue. And then Pucking Wild follows different characters which I think I liked more than Pucking around

I think you're really going to like these hollow vows! I recently read it and it was very similar to ACOTAR, as far as your jumpers tell me you're a big fan of that series, so i think that's going to be your piece of pie!

@@bookswithellen I saw the ACOTAR vibes but it reads VERY YA. I personally was not a fan because of that, but as YA books are usually not your cup of tea, it would be good to get into it knowing it reads super YA.

@@bookswithellen oh no I found it one of my worst reads so far this year, I did settle on a 2.25 I think there are better anti war books out there like all quiet on the western front by Erich Maria Remarque. I just found it disjointed and not well written 🙈

I did read "that one night" and gave it 3.5⭐️ was actually really good but "Pucking around" was so bad I hated the writing style 😭😭 gave it 2⭐️
I didn't love "The Simple Wild" either. It was a 3 stars for me. And I actually thought it was the best book of the series.
For some reason the premise reminds me of that Lifetime movie with Leann Rimes lol
no because reading under locke right after reading luna and the lie which i enjoyed sm… to day i was disappointed is an understatement 😭😭😭 i was so sad i gave it a 2 stars i literally love marianna zapata :((

I would have definitely dnf under lock, I am starting to being more critical towards my books because the time wasted on a 2.5 book I would have read something better 😊

This is me every month, I make a tbr for the books I was in the mood for that time I made it, then later I'm in a totally different mood, but yk as long as you read and enjoy what you want !!!
MZ's earlier works were not good at all. I recommend reading them in publishing order as characters and places appear in other books as you go along.
I considered reading Simple Wild because they say many good things about the book but the plot of a city girl going to a small town is not for me. I've read the third book in the series Running Wild and I really like it, there are glimpses of the MCs in Simple Wild there and they're not my cup of tea so I won't read there book. Sorry✌
